Leftist: incapable of operating in a free society

If you can't distinguish between an action and a suggestion you have a mental disorder.   If you can't distinguish between disagreeing with someone and a attack or act of aggression you have a dangerous mental disorder.   Most liberals are not sick but an increasingly large fraction of them coming out of leftist run universities have become so. After spending years learning of intolerance of anyone who doesn't share their professor's point of view and even taking offence at even hearing much less considering other points of view.   They are now functionally incapable of operating in a free Society. They are a violent threat not only to those whom with whom they presently disagree but to those with whom they will in the future disagree. Our school systems has been turned into a fascist training camp by ideologically e…

Am I Brainwashed?

I recently had a rather vociferous debate about our Canadian Prime Minister, specifically how good a job he has done since being elected two years ago. Frustrated that he could not convince me of the exact opposite, declared that I was "brainwashed".  This is a common scenario that happens…

Feudalism 2.0

There used to be a time when kings and queens and other aristocrats ruled what we call the Western world now - with a little help of the pope.....then came the time of "enlightenment", remember Martin Luther, or, as a better example, Thomas Müntzer, who lived at the same time and …

Can we agree that the planet is warming, and that the chief cause is human activities including fossil fuel combustion?    Yes, or no? If no, you are being dishonest and disingenuous, and you should be honest about what part of AGW you disagree with, as well as a lack of k…

Welfare: Yes, please!

I ran into a republican the other day, and as we exchanged pleasantries, I noticed he had a content smile on his face where normally he had a frown.  Curious as to what changed his demeanor, I inquired as to why his spirits seemed to have lifted.  He then explained how his fortunes changed…

Kavanaugh and the party of dead babies

The real reason the party of dead babies was and is so incensed over the new Justice Kavanaugh, they are afraid abortion on demand, at any time, for any reason, may be restricted. Yes, aborting a child with Downs is sick, but then so is aborting a girl child simply because she is a g…

Why do some think the need to own a gun is higher now than in the past? Why do some think that the need to own a gun to protect yourself is increasing? I could see an argument being made that the danger posed by the Republicans in government is greater now compared to before, and the danger posed by…

Most gun toting criminals are Democrats!

Let's have a little fun with the numbers, did you know that most gun toting criminals are Democrats?  Yup it's a fact, 67.97% gun murders were committed by Democrats.  That leads to some obvious conclusions:   Republicans aren’t violent, compared to DemocratsIf Democr…

A misplaced article of faith

This was originally posted elsewhere on Sept. 12, 2011. I’ve edited it slightly.   When I listen to arguments I pay particularly close attention to assumptions. I’ve found that most of the time the real issues are found here rather than in what’s being said. Lately, I’ve…

Stand-Your-Ground Law

Definition of Stand-Your-Ground Law from Wikipedia "A stand-your-ground law (sometimes called "line in the sand" or "no duty to retreat" law) is a justification in a criminal case, whereby defendants can "stand their ground" and use force without retreating, in order to protect and defend themselves…

I expect a lot of hateful comments on this article; after all, it is a very sensitive subject that has been ongoing for more than a century and has gotten even worse over the last half-century by the liberal media and the leftists. But I’m going to write it anyway as part of my right of expres…

Dumb Asses

I again am reminded of just how stupid people in the West have become, particularly the "do gooders" that think anyone not of Western Culture must be miserable, oppressed and needs to be "freed." No wonder the US (and usually the Brits along for the ride) is allowed to wage low level wars everywhere…

Tragicomic Cases of Treachery

America has always had its share of traitors and turncoats, starting with perhaps the most famous one, Benedict Arnold, and continuing to the present day. Although Edward Snowden is being presented as more of a whistleblower, he is in fact a traitor in every sense of the word. A citizen of one natio…

Human Rights - Some Thoughts

There is no such thing as human rights. We do not have the right to be born, to live or to die. We do not have the right to not be abused, tortured, starved or beaten. We have no rights.   There is no such thing as a human right.   We are animals. Nature does not confer rights. It is simpl…
