The Best Electric Guitarists in the Universe - a p…

Now this is difficult because it is so subjective. I do not like guitarists because they are technically brilliant but purely on how good they sound to my ear. Thus I rule out people like Steve Vai and Joe Satriani because I find them boring.   The very best is easy - Jimi Hendrix stands out for me above everyone. Nobody has come near to the showmanship, skills or excitement - let alone his experimental techniques.   After that it is not so easy. Elmore James stands out for me because I just adore that ringing slide guitar sound he creates.   Then there's Bo Diddley who created such an incredible and unique rhythmic sound - his jungle beat.   Peter Green is the top British guitar man for me. The beauty of those clean notes is just chilling. Seeing him live was exquisite.   Paul Kossof …

Civilizing Trolls

Autumn (bless her heart) recently tried to rationalize with and civilize a resident troll.  I admire the effort and sympathize with the exasperation she must be going through with this guy.  But, trolls and idiots (often redundant) are the price that must be paid for a wide-open venue. …

Evidence That Human Activity Has Caused Climate Ch…

First I need to clarify some confusion which arose with my prior article regarding "settled science."  It is settled science that carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas.  That was established in 1863 by John Tyndall in England. That lightening is electricity was determined by Ben Franklin in 1…

Clinton Scandals won't go away

While I hold little hope of Hillary being held accountable for the many crimes she has committed, the cover ups are still working on being exposed.   it has been proven she has committed dozens of felonies.  She violated §2071. Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally (b) Whoeve…

What Happens When You Die?

Most people say there is nothing beyond this life, because they are either naive to what the Bible says or they are in full denial.   The Bible says: “The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all.” Therefore, when we die, we …

Why not everyone should vote

The authors of the Constitution never considered for a moment that every person in the country would vote. They expected States to implement some criteria, a test for financial sensibility. My Version of Hell

There is no better therapist than a personal journal.  A journal waits patiently, doesn’t interrupt, argue, criticize, judge, talk back, condemn, nag, or gossip.  It’s there on your terms, when you want it, and it’s essentially free.    It’s also fun and s…

Tightening the Tether on the Tasteless Tech

As economies have moved forward, more and more complex arrangements, instruments, and machines have come into existence.
