Reading an actual newspaper, you recall them, right? A physical hands on newspaper that Tubularsock recovered from a bus bench all folded neatly just like it was waiting for Tubularsock.

And unfolding it and refolding for reading, an art form not easily lost but one Tubularsock hasn’t used in years.

Then paging through finding nothing believable except one advertisement stating that their product could make one smarter. Half expecting to have them declare that by NOT reading newspapers would do the trick, but no. The ad was for an online university. Sure, why not.

Well the very next “advertisement” was this story. And Tubularsock had to read it three times. First, in disbelief. Second, in amazement for its shock value. And third for the outlandish humor.

Now what if Tubularsock told you that his Investigating Team looked into the recent “terrorist” attack on the Manchester Arena, England and had found with confidence that the 119 that were injured and the 23 that died were Western Terrorist Plotters. And out of all of that only one civilian died.

Would you question that finding?

Would you wonder just who Tubularsock’s Investigating Team was working for and could it have a preconceived agenda. Doesn’t anyone have trust anymore?

Would this “new” information that was delivered “with confidence” change your point of view about the attack on the Manchester Arena?

And what if Tubularsock’s Investigating Team never talked with any people that were there and NEVER EVER VISITED the site where this all took place?

Knowing this ……… would YOU have confidence?

And what if a Human Rights Watch group with people ON THE GROUND gave a different story?

So check this out:

See if you can catch the catch phrase that makes this not a lie but a manipulated lie.
You’ll be tested!

Well, would anyone really believe any military being able to investigate themselves and publicly telling the truth?

The answer is NO. And if you think otherwise you are suffering from self-deception.

Be that as it may the key phrase you were looking for is:

And of course that is true!

And here is why ………………… the job of the Special Operations Task Force is to kill people, that is their job, that is what they do!

The result of the March 16th strike that killed people was a success because they killed people and that is their job so you see under that definition THERE WAS NO NEGLIGENCE on their part because they did what they intended to do, kill people, PERIOD!

Get it?

As long as it’s “THEIR PEOPLE”, who gives a shit. And if the American military says with “high confidence” that their target was civilian free (except for one person, who Tubularsock assumes doesn’t count) then it must be true.

But when it happens to be “OUR PEOPLE” there seem to be a different metrics and we all run around crying about the unfairness of it all. And why are these “terrorists” hurting common citizens?

And then we have all the bull shit that our killing forces spin that the civilians are MIXED in with the terrorists …………… get some clarity people THEY LIVE THERE. Of course they are “mixed in” because they live there.

WE DON’T ……… we attacked them. IT’S CALLED AGGRESSION. It’s their country which we have invaded! BY DEFINITION WE ARE THE TERRORISTS!

Same group of knuckleheads self-investigated and found no wrong doing in the United States terror attack, er, I mean, "military strike" on the civilian Doctors Without Boarders hospital in Afghanistan.
"high confidence" is government-speak for UTTER BULLSHIT.
And take your pick an unprovoked attack on a sovereign nation is either an act of war (and because it's unprovoked it's a war crime) or it's a terrorist act. Either way it violates international law and the Geneva Convention and is indisputably an act of injustice and evil.

Thanks for your comment Expat. Funny, Tubularsock has just purchased brand new custom fitting socks so your theory on circulation is not valid. But nice try.
You are making some interesting assumptions here .... “killing a compound of terrorist murderers”? What happened if they were just another wedding party?
You really believe “our” intel is so accurate when we don’t even have the ability to interview real people on the ground after the fact to verify who it was that we killed?
You think Tubularsock’s drugs are not good but your “faith from afar” based on a military conclusion is accurate. Really Expat, try the red pill next time. That blue pill is affecting your logic and reason.

Jenifer, Tubularsock could not have said it better himself. You are right on!
Thanks for your comment.

John G, Tubularsock is still having difficulty with Santa Claus breaking into peoples houses without being held responsible for breaking and entering. That crime seems to be accepted so Tubularsock thinks there is a Santa Claus clause in the international bombing laws. Only thing that could explain it. Thanks for your input.

Oh Expat, you are just too damned dramatic, “I am ashamed to share the same birthright as the two of you!”
You are the expat! We’re still in the country for fuck sake!
It wasn’t ISIS or Al Qaeda who made the claim it was two separate Human Rights Groups that made the claim.
But worse than that Expat, the United States has armed, protected, and trained ISIS and Al Qaeda over the years ....... if the U.S. military and the CIA “trusts them”, why can’t you?
Oh please, moral equivalent ...... if ISIS slaughters Tubularsock, or the U.S. military with their “high moral principles” slaughters Tubularsock, Tubularsock is still dead. And a lot of good that does Tubularsock!
If there were ANY moral principals we wouldn’t be funding terrorists and invading other's national sovereignty!

Expat insists "Yes, mistakes are made as in the case of the Hospital Jenifer mentions"
RIGHT! "mistakes" from the world's only remaining superpower as you are so fond of saying. The same superpower that can hit a nickel with a tomahawk missile from a thousand miles away with 100% accuracy and direct a Lazer from the earth to the moon with pinpoint precision but they can't avoid hitting a Humanitarian hospital who previously gave the US their coordinates to avoid such a "mistake". And same superpower couldn't stop bombing said hospital for nearly two hours straight even when the hospital staff called US authorities to report what was happening. If that was a "mistake" Jack the Ripper was just a surgical professional who made "mistakes". And ISIL beheadings are just "mistakes". Congratulations on the most outrageously hypocritical post on WB to date. It was a war crime plain and simple. In fact one of the worst in recent history. Zero excuses cover it. Funny, I thought only us liberals make excuses for the inexcusable. Guess not.
Lady Sekhmetnakt Added Jun 11, 2017 - 1:56am
Oh and the war crime/terrorist act the United States committed that this article is about, ZERO excuses exist for that one either, or any of the other violations of international law and the Geneva Convention by the United States. As a Kemetian I uphold Law and Justice as the highest virtues. I am here to exact Justice and see criminals get what's coming to them. No one is above the law NO ONE. I stand alone if necessary in defiance of what's popular or politically correct, but I will not compromise on Justice. EVER. No matter what.

"Actually all those ISIS beheading videos were fakes."
OK, I'll bite, please elaborate John.

Exactly Expat. Now your job is to stop doing that!

"Manifest destiny" ? Isn't that the cockroach's creed? Tubularsock has a spray for that. The Manifest destiny thought pattern is exactly the problem. We have FORCED our beliefs on other people and took their land. It is called aggression.
And with ALL of this BAD in this world why is it that the U.S. supports all the dictators and "bad actors" around the world to the tune of billions of dollars.
Sometimes a maggot has to climb out of the rotting carcass to get an overview of the destruction.
Thanks for your comments Expat and Tubularsock enjoyed your vent.
And now that you are clear Tubularsock is just intelligent enough to figure that you haven't cleared the fog you live in. But good luck with that.

Oh Expat, Tubularsock couldn't agree more so don't limit yourself to only "facts" in a narrow frame.
As the camera lifts from the two delusional islands side by side Expat exits the stage far far right. Please pass the popcorn.

“Special Operations Task Force is to kill people, that is their job, that is what they do!”
Spare me, the mission is never to indiscriminately kill people.  That is, unless you believe the United States is a state sponsor of terrorism.  Is that what you believe?
Tubularsock Added Jun 13, 2017 - 12:04pm
Neelon, Tubularsock would find it difficult to believe that you haven't noticed who the U.S. supports, arms, and funds in various ways throughout the world today as well as in the past. Just we call it by different names, you know, "humanitarian war" or "we have to destroy that village to save it" or "moderate terrorists".
Neelon you haven't really been fooled by these terms have you.
Have you noticed that when "we" blow somebody up its for the good of humanity and when "they" blow us up it's TERRORISM even if we are in THEIR country?
The United States' state sponsor of terrorism shoe seems to fit.
