Did A.Lincoln and Jeff Davis have kinship?

My Recent Posts

Jefferson Davis, born 1808 in Fairview, Kentucky.
A year later, Abe Lincoln is born 142 Mile's away in Hodgenville, Kentucky.

Author, William Herndon wrote that Lincoln was suicidal for some reason, which he wonders: is it because of Lincoln's Paternity, which remains unsolved?

Many things can be said, I am not saying any of the rumours that still abound- none of the rumours connect Lincoln with Davis, but something very interesting leaps out from these two official photos

I just put two photos together and compared ears and features. What do you think?

They look similar.  Lot's of people look similar that aren't related.  Is there some larger point you're trying to make?

@Ari. No really big points. The really great points were made by  brilliant Germans.
Are you the reason for Bush's "no child left behind?" Scheme?

Are you suggesting it was a good thing for German's to systematically slaughter Jews?  Or was that a reference to something else?

Are you suggesting the slaughter at wounded knee was a good thing? Or are you making reference to some other deed?

Well fellas I dont care to step into any of that, but I can share something interesting. As you have correctly stated, Dannl, both men were born in Kentucky. There is a memorial in both of their birthplaces.Lincolns memorial is dwarfed by the one for Davis.

No one has to be interested in this 'insignificant' feature, however I am. And if this were the only anamaly of historical proportions, then it would sleep with the fishes. But there are many other.
And Ari, to fully answer your question: Somebody obviously thought it was a cool idea! Now didn't they?Rome thought it was expedient to put 66 million Jews to death.. Ari, you are on in 3...2....1 greenlight.

Ari didn’t suggest anything.  You’re the one that brought up “the great points made by the brilliant Germans” in a post about the resemblance of Abraham Lincoln to Jefferson Davis.

@phil.you have something useful to add? You and Ari hate Germans. Being inferior is the new Black.
