Our Vice President DensePence is in South Korea at the Olympics and of course “mother” is at his side in order to protect him from sexually “acting out” with other women.

Of course DensePence DIDN’T shake hands with North Korea’s ceremonial head of state, Kim Yong Nam but greeted or shook hands with all the other dignitaries. Thank God for “mother”! Just touching an Asian woman may send DencePense into sexual fantasies for all we know.

But DensePence still got his hard-on anyway when he reiterated Washington’s insistence that denuclearization by North Korea is a necessary condition for peace. Talking about playing with yourself!

The United States released the US Nuclear Posture Review.

Within this review it is stated that the United States has “legitimized the first use of nuclear weapons against any opponent”.

And is going to spend trillions of dollars acquiring more nuclear weapons even though ten percent of the existing U.S. arsenal is sufficient to destroy all life on earth.

Now reread the stated position of the United States above and then tell Tubularsock, WOULD YOU, AS NORTH KOREA, DENUCLEARIZE?

Now you can see why North Korea wants THE BOMB?

It sure doesn’t take a Rhodes Scholar to figure out why this “denuclearization by North Korea” is not going to happen!

Tubularsock Added Feb 10, 2018 - 2:36am
Why is it so difficult to comprehend that the North Koreans are not the only nuts on the nuclear tree.
The U.S. is far more dangerous and have now even lost its own moral high ground if we as a country really ever had any moral high ground
any way.
Being the ONLY country on earth who has ever slaughtered hundreds of thousands of civilians with two Atomic Bombs. A clear sign of a sick society.
Flying Junior Added Feb 10, 2018 - 3:47am
I guess that what Mike doesn't quite grasp is that it was his boss who legitimized North Korea as the newest member of the doomsday club.
opher goodwin Added Feb 10, 2018 - 4:27am
Tub - it looks to me as if North and South Korea are chumming up together!
I suspect that South Korea took a look at the insanity of North Korea with its threats, mad leader and militarisation and took a look at America with its threats, mad leader and militarisation and decided that North Korea was the better option. One look at Pence and Trump was all it took. The thought of Trump's big button was not a pretty thought.
Kim might have a small button but it's perfectly formed!
Sam Nowaczynski Added Feb 10, 2018 - 4:36am
North Korea’s nuclear weapons program has probably done more good than harm for North Korea.  So I can’t fault North Korea that much for going down the nuclear path.  As for the rest of this article, there is no US policy of preemptive nuclear attack.  If there were, we clearly would have nuked North Korea already.
Dino Manalis Added Feb 10, 2018 - 7:59am
Denuclearization is wishful thinking, Kim needs nuclear arms to remain in power, the vice president shouldn't provoke North Korea during the Olympics.  We need to pressure Beijing to take action: either stop assisting Pyongyang and allow Seoul to become their primary donor, or act militarily by itself or jointly with the U.S. to end the threat.  Korea could be reunited into a responsible nuclear power that safeguards peace; stability; and prosperity in the region.

Plainly, the fact is that we have two nutcases who each have their finger on the nuclear "red button", and they are both pissed-off enough at each other that either one could throw the first punch at anytime.
We are closer now than we were back during the Cuban missile crisis.
Remember, Trump does not think or reason, he simply reacts.
Wick Burner Added Feb 10, 2018 - 11:08am
Tubularsock, I can't see what's wrong with the US having all the nukes and nobody else except special friends allowed to have some nukes. Imagine if everyone had nukes! It'd be constant flinging of nukes! I for one am glad that only the good guys and their special friends have the nukes, and that everyone else who says they have nukes is just pretending to have nukes, for comedic effect...
Tubularsock Added Feb 10, 2018 - 1:24pm
Ahhh, Wick! There is a lot to be said for comedic relief if you ask Tubularsock. The good guys with the white hats always win and it appears that you recognize this principle.
How could it be any other way?
Tubularsock Added Feb 10, 2018 - 1:25pm
Flying Junior, excellent point.
It will be interesting to see if North and South Korea work out a peaceful direction even if the U.S. attempts to derail the attempt.
Even if South Korea just stops cooperating with the U.S. in those constant “war games” off North Korea's coast will go a long way in calming it all down.
Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Tubularsock Added Feb 10, 2018 - 1:26pm
opher, you may be correct on this.
It is called “Button Diplomacy” and the odd thing is that both Kim’s and Trump’s buttons are BOTH made in China and can be purchased at Walmart here in the U.S.
That’s world trade for ya’.
Thanks, opher for your insights.
Tubularsock Added Feb 10, 2018 - 1:27pm
Sam, according to the Trump approved REVIEW NUCLEAR POSTURE REVIEW of FEBRUARY 2018 the U.S. DOES now have a policy of preemptive nuclear attack!
The U.S. has not taken out North Korea because someone in this administration has finally looked at a map and understands the grand repercussions of that action. At least so far!
Check out the RNP review. Scary.
Thanks Sam for the comment.
Tubularsock Added Feb 10, 2018 - 1:28pm
Dino, China has a very limited ability to influence North Korea.
In general Koreans and Chinese are not friendly toward each other.
China’s primary interest is their common boarder.
Historically anytime an enemy force moved in the direction of the northern boarder of the Korean Peninsula toward the Chinese boarder the Chinese attacked.
That is why the Chinese entered the Korean War in the 1950’s. Not out of a “love” for Koreans!
Thanks for your input, Don.

Well Bill H., Tubularsock remembers the Cuban Missile Crisis well and was not really scared at the time that Fidel wouldn’t back down just because of the logistics.
And yes, times have changed but Tubularsock doesn’t believe that Dump is in control.
He’s a front man and the real power isn’t going to risk it.
BUT Tubularsock has been known to be wrong!
Thanks for the comment, Bill.

Anyone within missile range of N. Korea needs to play nice, and they know it.  South Korea, especially, serves and saves itself by kissing up, to some extent.
Pence should have acknowledged Kim Yong Nam.  As a US representative, for him to snub a dignitary--even if the administration doesn't approve of their country's policies--is an egregious provocation.
I suspect China and Russia will support N. Korea as long as the US doesn't.  If we meddle too much more, they may gang up against us.
I'm glad S. Korea and N. Korea are participating in the Olympics together.  I'll bet the US control freaks are doing everything they can to foster discord.
Stephen Hunter Added Feb 11, 2018 - 8:08am
Good point Tubular when you look at it that way. And i am impressed that S Korea extended an olive branch by inviting N Koreans to participate in the Olympics under one Korea. That gives me hope that it is not all about power and control, at least for a couple of weeks.
Tubularsock Added Feb 11, 2018 - 3:23pm
Katharine, thanks for the comment. The only road is cooperation.
South and North Korea have a difficult road ahead and for the U.S. not to encourage dialogue until North Korean gives up their nuclear policy only causes friction between any kind of agreement.
North Korean nukes are a reality just like Pakistan, China, and Russian nukes. Just maybe we should start to recognize that the “nuke is out of the bag”!
And start to respect North Korea rather than attempt to put it under our heel. The latter will only lead to BOOOOOOM.
Tubularsock Added Feb 11, 2018 - 3:24pm
Stephen, it is nice to see at least a small show of cooperation but if the U.S. has anything to do with it it will be back to power and control soon enough.
That is not to say that Tubularsock trusts North Korea but U.S. policy to date has not worked and it won’t. The North Koreans remember the last time the U.S. blew them apart and now we ask for THEIR trust in our word?
Not a snow ball in hell chance with that approach!
wsucram15 Added Feb 11, 2018 - 6:00pm
The N Korea/S Korea communications is a good thing. Pence acted as un-diplomatically as humanly possible and  part of his job is being a diplomat.  Thank God Trump did not go..
Why did he even show up? Send someone that wants diplomacy, S Korea is an ally.  We need to support their efforts and be ready if they are not successful. Someone needs to be the adult in the room.
Stephen Hunter Added Feb 11, 2018 - 6:18pm
I find S Korea's approach to dealing with the Donald interesting. Near as I can tell that is just don't engage.
Dave Volek Added Feb 11, 2018 - 6:27pm
Why is it so difficult to comprehend that the North Koreans are not the only nuts on the nuclear tree.
Could it be that North Korea sort of sounds like North Dakota or North Carolina? I know there are some nuclear missiles in Montana. Maybe there are some in North Dakota.
But yeah, I bet there were a whole bunch of extra protocols set up a year ago for when the prez pushes the big button. When the big boom doesn't happen, Obama can be blamed.
Tubularsock Added Feb 12, 2018 - 12:34am
Dave, interesting point. The influence of North could have some bearing on this entire mess.
And North Montana may be something that should be looked into.
Of course Obomber is involved! He had that BLACK button and it didn’t have a birth certificate! It ain’t American!
Thanks for clearing all this up for Tubularsock.

Bill Kamps Added Feb 12, 2018 - 11:21am
Sock, I have long contended that nukes in general are a defensive weapon, not the offensive weapon for other countries that our  government would like us to believe.   Countries like NK, or Iran want nukes to make sure others dont attack them.  It doesnt matter what they say, they are not going to start nuking their neighbors just because they can.
It is far cheaper and easier to build nukes, and even ballistic missiles, than to build aircraft carriers and their related planes.  Nukes are an 80 year old technology less complicated than an iPhone. Ballistic missile guidance systems, while more complicated still have been around for 80 years or so.   Air craft carriers and their planes seriously push the technology envelope and budget.  That is why only the US have carriers that have the capability of a Nimitz class carrier.  Most other country's carriers are not much better than a Korean War era US carrier, and there are less than 10 non-US carriers in the world.
I would ask anyone to consider, if you ran a smallish country that was on the USA's shit list, how would you spend your defense dollars to protect yourself?  I think the answer is obvious.
Of course our stupid action in Libya, killing Quadaffi after he agreed to stop building nukes, does give one pause when negotiating with the  US about stopping a nuke program.
Tubularsock Added Feb 12, 2018 - 11:51am
Bill, Tubularsock thanks you for your information and comment.
So, Tubularsock might just have to get into nukes because the iPhone is just too complex for Tubularsock's simple mind!
And YES the Libya mess is diffidently a flashing warning sign to never trust the U.S. with anything!
Bill Kamps Added Feb 12, 2018 - 11:54am
Well TS, I would venture to say more people in the world understand how to build a nuke, than understand all the technology that is inside an iPhone.   A nuke is more along the lines of a 1960s color TV :) tubes and all, no pun intended :)
Tubularsock Added Feb 12, 2018 - 12:24pm
Bill, Tubularsock still marvels at the fact that we got all that electricity to climb into a wire and rush to where we need it.
