Police State, Trump Campaign and Transition Spied

My Recent Posts

No longer is there a question on the Trump's campaign and transition team being spied on. Now the question is the motivation in doing so.

Carter Page is the main player in obtaining a FISA warrant for the FBI to spy on Page and in so doing spying on the Trump campaign and transition teams. One of the outcomes of the wire and other communication taps was General Flynn's relationship with Turkey that required him to register as a foreign agent. The fly of that issue is the common practice in the Washington for not registering and the little effort to crack down on or punish similar acts by many and I do mean many other political and lobbyist players.

The second part of Page and the FBI is that the month, March 2016, that Page was questioned by the FBI for contacts with Russians that the FBI took to be agents, Page became an associate to the Trump campaign. Trump had sufficient response to be the GOP nominee in the general election and thus a chance to be president. Page was out in the open by the FBI and if an agent of Russia out in the open to them. No reason to not tell Trump.

A question that needs to be answered by the FBI. Here are some possibilities:

A) Informed the Trump campaign and they just didn't care about Carter Page's Russian connect. The important of Page to the campaign was obviously not worth that risk.

B) The FBI under Comey was creating an insurance policy issue for the general election to favor Hillary Clinton the likely Democratic party candidate.

C) They fully believed Trump was a Russian Agent and actually having the Russians throw the election. This as we have found out was impossible with the distributed systems. Electronic voting machines have likely thousands of unique programs on memory cards that had to be individual put in the machines, and significant use of paper ballots that could be recounted. Russian have been trying to influence elections since WWII. They always had put forth some effort to make our elections seem tainted, 2016 was not different.

It was July 31 2016 when they received the FISA warrant and started the counterintelligence investigation, wire and communication taping. And the other minor value of Papadopulos happened in April. So in March and April the FBI had no reason to not inform the Trump Campaign unless they were purposely looking for a means of getting a FISA warrant. We do know that the FBI tried a few times earlier to get a FISA warrant and that the FISA secrete court which only hears from one side, FBI or Counter intelligence, approved about 95% of the request, a rubber stamp appearance, so the earlier failures does suggest a very poor reason. If the FBI was making an effort to find a means of getting the FISA warrant, they would not informing the Trump campaign about Carter Page.

The FISA warrant as both memos tell us that the FBI speculates that the identity person (Gene Simpson of Fusion GPS) is likely looking for information to discredit candidate number one (Trump). If the FBI felt they had to disclose Fusion GPS why don't they disclose the sponsor, paying for it? Renews require additional information which they said came from multiple sources. Not mentioned to the FISA court was:

A) Comey's knowledge that the content of the Steele Dossier was not validated and filamentous as he testified under oath to Congress. They continued in all application renewals to use the Steele Dossier.

B) The firing of Steele for communicating with the media

C) That any media conformation could be contaminated by Steele and not be independent.

The only way that this will be straightened out is for the public to read the FISA application. The rules for FISA would not allow Trump, DNC, Hillary, or any American to be identified. However the wording and what is left out or including is important. Trump as president can declassify the application so why has he not done so?

Another question that needs to be answered.

Thomas Sutrina,
Thanks for that. This is far bigger than Watergate. One would think that such an abuse of power would concern most thinking people. Too bad so many will see it only as partisan bickering.

You sore losers, let Trump govern, the 2016 election is long over, get used to President Trump!
Bill H. Added Feb 28, 2018 - 3:53pm
The fact that Trump recruited so many people with Russian ties, along with Trump's Russian financial doings, his two Russian wives, and the fact that he is doing all that he can to stifle the investigation tells me (and probably most people) that there is something very fishy going on.
I suspect it is all about dirty money, and that the investigation is very, very close to this conclusion.
Money has a way of controlling and corrupting people to some very extreme limits.

Dino who is a sore looser?
Bill H., relationships is not a crime.  The FISA warrant is about committing crimes.  No crime has been presented by Muller.  Your a conspiracy theory nut Bill, wheres the beef?  I agree that something fishy is going on but it is the FBI that is where the smell of dead fish is coming from.
Muller has not found dirty money.  However there is going to be a FISA warrant review which can throw out ill-begotten warrants.  And any indictment resulting from that warrant are thrown out.  The lying to the FBI committed by General Flynn will be thrown out.  And the other lying to the Muller maybe thrown out.
Bill H. Added Feb 28, 2018 - 5:22pm
"Muller has not found dirty money".
You and nobody else knows all of what Mueller has uncovered to date. Mueller may have already obtained Trump's tax returns and info on his financial antics with Deutsche Bank and may know quite a bit that is being kept confidential. Mueller is wise to work his way to the top slowly and obtain all of the minute details so that when it comes time to fry the big fish, the adequate details are all their to do so.
Stay tuned!!

Hey Mr. H, I have a Russian wife and voted for Trump. Does that make me a "Russian spy"? Also Mr. Sutrina's assertion is correct, there was no Russian Collusion with the Trump campaign in Mueller's indictment. You Russiagater conspiracy theorists have had over a year to make your case, and all you have came up with is a big nothingburger. You are pushing a new cold war with this nonsense and threatening humanity. Connect the dots and see for yourself

From the above link:
Muller’s indictment of 13 Russians told us part of the truth when he said at the 5 minute, 22 second mark that “there is no allegation in this indictment that any American was a knowing participant in this illegal activity. There is no allegation in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election.”
No election tampering = no possible collusion. The wiretapping by the Dems was the only crime here.
Thomas Sutrina Added Feb 28, 2018 - 8:03pm
Bill so what does Trump's taxes have to do with Russian collusion?  At least Maniford was had deals with the Russians but if those deals were done long before Trump was a candidate.  Muller has not shown Maniford due to those previous relationship was involved in collusion.
Bill charges of Trump interfering in the election has existed for over a year.  So if no one has come up with evidence and dozens of people have been looking and have had the power the the FBI to look then the odds of them missing anything is almost impossible.  And the almost is unlikely.    Bill it is Mullers case and the Democrats case not Trump.  This you seem to own, I do not, Bill: You Russiagater conspiracy theorists have had over a year to make your case.  This sounds good to me: Connect the dots and see for yourself

I didn't say anything about collusion, gentlemen.
Maybe no, maybe so, we'll see at the end of this.
What I am pretty damn sure of is Trump's big downfall will be what is found about his financing and probable money laundering. It this comes to fruition, then it will very well explain why Trump is so cozy with Putin.
And I would guess that you guys STILL wouldn't have an issue with Trump.
After spending over an hour on the PaulCraigRoberts.org site, I would probably be more comfortable with stuff from Alex Jones.

Bill your changing the year long issue of Russian collusion and the assignment of Muller.  So who cares if he has income tax issues.  Unless collusion is attached to any Russian connection to his taxes now one cares.  Hillary Clinton money laundered and Congressmen do it regularly.  How do you think they have gotten so rich.
James Travil Added Mar 1, 2018 - 12:32am
Mr. H the fact remains that Muller himself says “there is no allegation in this indictment that any American was a knowing participant in this illegal activity. There is no allegation in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election.”
Last time I checked Trump was an American, thus Muller’s conclusion is no American (Including Trump) is guilty of the charges of the indictment. Funny how you Russiagaters only harp on garbage that is imaginary conspiracy theory fodder, but Trump's numerous other shortcomings (including actions in Syria that violate international law) are no problem with you. Not to mention the countless crimes of the Clinton’s, which is the topic of the article unless I'm mistaken.

Again, he may not have had any involvement in the Russian involvement in the election, but I suspect his financial doings may get him in deep doo-doo.
I also have a Russian wife (the truth!!).
Something else you won't believe, I am not a Democrat (whaaaat??)
I understand Trump very well, and have for years. I worked for a classic narcissist/sociopath boss for almost 13 years and I can read and predict Trump like a book. People with a combo of these personality disorders (and there are many who are successful in the business world) are like clones. They all operate almost exactly in the same manner (as in reacting rather than thinking), and can be predicted easily.
Money, good numbers, ego, and a feeling of extreme power are the only driving forces. Other people's feelings or problems have no bearing whatsoever. Also, empathy is non existent - so explains the lack of a White House pet, at least.
Thomas Sutrina Added Mar 1, 2018 - 8:08am
No one card about the "blue Dress" of Lowinski with Pres Bill's semen stain in the White House because Bill H. people had money in there pocket to spend.   No secrete that every politician is going to cheat on taxes and every wealthy person is going to cheat also.
So as long as the economy is booming and people have money in their pockets then you can not get rid of this president with that issue Bill.

I have an idea that he may just end up resigning.
When the mission to achieve praise and attention backfires, frustration and anger set in and eventually these people end up moving on and trying to erase their past while leaving other human casualties behind to heal their personal wounds. After all. it's all about them and only them.
My ex boss actually ended up moving to three different companies after leaving the company I worked for. At all of the others, I was made aware that he also alienated the staff and management to the point of moving on within a shorter period of time. At one of the companies he worked at, he came close to being confronted by an ex-employee with a gun that he terminated in a less than diplomatic manner. Luckily for him, he was notified by another employee that the ex-employee had entered the building and might have a weapon, so he fled out of the back entrance in time to save his own ass. Sadly for two other employees, they were shot and killed.
My ex-boss ended up dying of a massive heart attack about a year later.

So true. Mr. Clinton had one of the easiest presidencies of the modern era. A decade earlier or a decade later, his indiscretions would have been the catalyst to throw him out.

You mentioned "Trump's Russian wives."  I must say that is news to me.
Although I would consider it advantageous if Trump had a sensible and level-headed Russian wife, I hope that you can elaborate on (quote)"Trump's Russian wives."

“No longer is there a question on the Trump's campaign and transition team being spied on. Now the question is the motivation in doing so.”
Their motivation is what’s not in question.  Democrats wanted to learn what the opposition party was planning behind closed doors.  They also wanted to leak as much dirt as possible.  There is no better way to do that than to listen in on their phone calls.

The left wing needs anything [lies, faux news, false documents, unknown sources] to attack Trump.
That ought to be clear.

It the party of "We Hate Trump" had anything real to throw at him, they wouldn't be left with this Trump Russia garbage.
The fact that this is all they have says a lot.
When your enemy starts throwing rocks it's usually because they ran out of bullets.
If I were Trump I'd be smiling because I'd know they have nothing.

The Russian witch hunt by the Democrats has become really quite quiet.  The Democrats are behind the barricades defending themselves against their own actions.  And they are fighting with pebbles when rocks are being thrown by the GOP.  What they are trying to prevent is the trebuchets from blasting holes in the barricades.  They are trying to get passed the 2018 election and hope that they will get control of enough of congress to get the swamp to prevent the truth from coming out.
