How's That Whole "They Hate Us For Our Freedoms" Thing Workin' Out For Ya? Hmm?

In Kisela v. Hughes emerges a ruling that will be used to a reinforce a disturbing pattern practiced by murderous cops across the United States, the Supreme Court has determined that officers who shoot non-threatening citizens are completely justified and cannot face consequences for their actions—as long as they express to the court that they feared for their safety.

Are ya feelin' that freedom they hate you for?

All together now:

Rah rah rah sis boom bah go team go we're number on USA USA USA BLAH Blah blah.

Man, ain't that livin'!

Jeffry Gilbert,
Nice picture!
Years ago, I took a quarter of Police Science while recovering from a surgery on my left arm.
I decided that I wasn't right for it, and it wasn't right for me.
This officer, with his muzzle near the driver's face, will never have self doubt, not even after he takes a few lives.

I've heard that if you apply to be a cop and your IQ is over 100 they don't hire you. I can see why. Does this guy ever think of his family sitting in that car and another cop like him. Hire them while they are young and stupid.
Doug Plumb Added Apr 9, 2018 - 4:56pm
Wanna disarm these thugs and teach them something? Ask one siple question: Why do you hate us?  Watch a sharp change in attitude. They don't know they are doing it. They are under partial hypnosis IMO, if there is such a thing. You can snap them out of it. I've done it.
Its amazing, in life, and people didn't realize even before the web, the power you have in asking the right question.

I have learned so much from listening to the freeman law movement - in fact maybe more than from reading philosophy, practicing and learning law makes one wise. Karl Lentz, Bill Thornton, and people like them are very wise people. Don't let their errors in vocabulary or their hill billy attitudes make them look stupid on your eyes filled with hubris. There are some really fucking smart hillbillies.

In answer to your question, it's not working out very well or as planned Jeffry, that's for sure. Not all cops are like this but the goon thugs make their entire outfit suspect and corrupt. When I tell people that America is now essentially a police state I point to articles like this as proof.

Goes for the DA's and thugs in black robes as well.

re "They are the enemy of freedom. " They are constables, tax collectors for the banks. Fine money doesn't go back into the community as it should, it goes to the banks. This is what the freeman argument should be instead of basing itself on anarchy. The Fed has no claim against you for speeding.

All lives matter, that's why police must be very careful and use least force necessary to subdue suspects without killing them.  Cops ought to be well-armed, but realize there are many with mental illness.

I don’t think “they” ever gave a damn about our “freedom” such as it is. Maybe it’s our hundreds of military bases, setting up of puppet regimes, military and economic hegemony that’s pissed them off. Seems as though back in the 1800s other than Britain most of the world didn’t give a damn about us.

I think that in a quarter of the cases you are right. Some folks become cops because daddy was a cop and it always provided a stable income with room for advancement within the ranks. I think its a Steroid and hate culture and that they in no way mitigate the insensitivity toward ordinary people that comes from dealing with crack heads and two bit thieves all day long. Then there are the assholes that you mention - the kind who were bullied in high school and want to get revenge.
I gave a speech in Toronto about the North American Union to a crowd of activists. The police cheered my on until corrected by their superior. Many cops gave me the good nod when I ran for politics.

Doug P-- "Western Jurisprudence is one of the greatest things..."

Really?  It's a creature created by and run for the criminals that have infested our government and political class.

The only time I've actually protested, outside in the streets, was against the Supreme Court Decision in the Troy Davis case, through Herrerra v Collins:

We executed an innocent man and to quote Scalia:

"This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids
the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a
full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas
court that he is “actually” innocent. Quite to the contrary,
we have repeatedly left that question unresolved, while
expressing considerable doubt that any claim based on
alleged “actual innocence” is constitutionally cognizable."

When the Supreme Court decides that you being actually innocent has no bearing on your "lawful" sentence...it's become tyranny.

I have zero respect for "the law", the "Bar", black robed miscreants and so-called lawmakers themselves for one reason. None of those I mentioned respect it and have codified their exemption from it.

It also seems to me that Awesome respect for the law puts one solidly in the statist camp. That's oanother I can't accept.

Sheriff of Deadliest Dept in US Says His Deputies Have Financial Incentive to “Kill” People

In responding to a question posed to him regarding specific areas of Deputy training, Donny Youngblood said, “When a guy makes a bad shoot on somebody and kills them, $3 million dollars and the family goes away.” He continues, “When a deputy shoots somebody, which way is better financially? To cripple them or kill them for the county?”
An off camera interview attendee states, “Kill them.”
Donny Youngblood replies, “Absolutely, because if you cripple them you have to take care of them for life and that cost goes way up.”

I walked by a parked cop car earlier today, and stopped and marveled at it for several seconds. I remember when I was a kid and the cop cars all looked like they were straight from Adam-12, as in very minimal: A single globular-shaped light and a single horn on top, a cage separating the "passengers" from the "drivers", spotlights on both sides, and that's about it. The monstrosity I saw today was the total opposite. Evidently the taxpayers have to buy the cops so much shit now, normal-sized cars are too small and are now obsolete; SUV's and even big, stupid-assed TRUCKS are all the rage now. Numerous antennas stuck out of it like it was a space probe. There were boxes and containers of every description packed inside, as well as a 12-gauge shotgun and an AR-15 and some other strange and unfriendly-looking device. It looked like at least a $500k outlay, just for one fucking police vehicle. Do they really need all of that shit? The cops take plunder to other levels, converting things like seized Ferraris and high-end motorcycles into police vehicles, rather than auctioning them off for the benefit of the taxpayers.

The case does none of what you suggest in your article.  However, should you really believe cops are murderous and not protectors of the public, I can see how you’d try to escalate every little case against the cops into some grand injustice.

Unlike the rest of us, the police are entitled to use excessive force to resolve disputes and protect the public and receive immunity from being sued.  Hughes was shot while holding a knife and standing only a few feet away from the person the Kisela (the cop) was of the belief she was about to stab.  Hughes didn’t respond to repeated efforts by Kisela to get her to put down the knife.

Captain Gilbert, thanks for that. The Miami River Cops were precisely the ones I had in mind.

Shortly after I got out of the Army, I worked with a woman who was married to an MP, Military Police, whom I hate as intensely as you hate normal cops. She threw a party at her house, and we were all invited. Her husband, not surprisingly, was a total dick, and I was amazed at how well-furnished their house was, as the MP was a Private First Class and she made just above minimum wage. It made me wonder. A few months later, him and about 15 of his MP buddies were caught in a large theft, burglary, and even shakedown ring. According to the Army, it never happened. Of course it didn't, lol.

I take responsibility for not presenting my thought simpler. How many people are in law enforcement? 100 people at each of the million locations. How many police and soldiers keeping the peace? Now if the tanks are brought in, how many tanks are there in the military? If the soldiers are unleashed on Americans, then you know the civil war would be at hand.
