My Recent Posts

This is my   1st post on Writer Beat since coming back. I have decided to comment on other members’ post and this is my post. I want to speak to Trump Supporters and I am going to bluntly tell you that what is happening in America is your fault.

The reason why is that you wanted to have your selfish means at the expense of Mexicans, African Americans, Muslims, and other Immigrants because you feel that you have “Lost your world” due to the 2008 Stock Crash including the election and Presidency of Barack Obama.  Trump had “Promised” that what was lost will return. Guess what? It’s gone and not coming back!! The Coal Industry is dead in the water, companies like Harley Davidson are moving overseas because the Trump Tariffs are affecting their organization.  People are losing jobs because of Trump’s stupidity and your own selfishness.

And because of the counter Tariffs by China as a result of a trade war that Trump has started, the price of Soybeans has become expensive. The Farmers and businesses in our nation will be affected and lose money and even go bankrupt. Trump has said that he will help Farmers and I don’t believe him at all.  Trump Supporters, your shared manta of “America Again” and “Make America great Again” has been problematic. People like yourself and especially, your leader Donald J. Trump haven’t learned the lessons of history!  This slogan was used before and during The 2nd World War which my father had fought in and served his nation despite the Racism he had to endure and encountered.

Charles Lindbergh was a part of the group called The America First Committee that sympathized with the Nazis who had racist beliefs about Jews and other groups. If you have Grandparents, Parents, Uncles, and Cousins who had fought in World War 2, you are disgracing your loved ones memory and don’t see it. The Klu Klux Klan had used it during the 1920’s on their banners at their rallies and in literature that is still published by the Klan and their ilk. Trump has used it when he was Candidate Trump 3 years ago.`

Other Presidents such as Calvin Coolidge, William McKinney, Warren G. Harding, and Woodrow Wilson have used that slogan. Trump isn’t the 1st President to use it. My point is Trump Supporters: You are a bunch of racists! My mother, God rest her soul had always told me and my siblings that you are known by the company you keep as a warning to always be careful whom you associate with. If you have friends who engage in bad behavior or are troublemakers, it will affect you sooner or later and already and to be mindful of the people you associate with.

Trump Supporters, you are the ones destroying America because of your bigotry and ignorance!  That isn’t the fault of Immigrants and People of Color whom you blame for the loss of your job and livelihood. That is the fault of people like Trump whom you put on a pedestal and don’t care about you.  It’s time for you to grow up and learn to adapt your job skills instead of relying on jobs that no one exist because of changing times and technology including the empty promises that Trump had made to you. Those jobs will come quick and end quickly.

I don’t care if you call me names and demonize me; I am telling you the truth! Sooner or later, you will learn the hard way that Donald J. Trump doesn’t care and is a selfish man.  That is all I will say because it will happen.

Sincerely,

Gregory S. McNeill.

Well, let's see.
Apparently, you wish to blame Trump supporters for:
1.  Increased investments in manufacturing infrastructure, with a focus in low-employment areas;
2.  The lowest black and Hispanic unemployment numbers since those numbers have been kept;
3.  The rejection of the Paris accords which were totally skewed toward forcing Americans to pay for the improvements of other countries;
4.  The insistence upon an equal playing field insofar as trade goes, even if tariffs and increased security to prevent further theft by foreign nations of our trade secrets/intellectual property are needed;
5.  A deal with NoKo which has resulted in no more rocket overflights of Japan or anywhere else, the return of hostages, and the return of the remains of Korean war dead, along with the dismantling of at least one nuke facility, so far;
6.  The tough negotiating style which has compelled the EU to fork over the dough to protect their countries under NATO they were delinquent in paying, thrusting the burden upon American taxpayers unjustly;
7.  The ongoing negotiations to remove ALL tariffs, both ways, between the US and the EU;
8.  The changes in tax law which not only made it possible for corporations to invest in new equipment/infrastructure and in the case of steel mills, open both long-dormant parts of their factories & new mills, but ALSO give excellent bonuses for the first time in MANY years and bring back much-needed capital from where it was being held out of country;
9.  The rejection of globalist plans for a NWO/OWG and the insistence upon placing Americans FIRST, which hasn't happened for multiple decades, either;
10.  The general feeling - especially among Republicans, Independents, and Libertarians - that things are finally starting to look up for America and Americans.

So if that's what you'd like to blame me and other Trump supporters for, i'll gladly take MY share of this blame.

The only takeaway I got from this article is in the form of a trick question, just to check you out, mind (I did that to Neo-Nazi Doug Plumb the other day and he summarily censored me): Do "Trump Supporters ... a bunch of racists [like you, actually pray for their dead loved ones, like] ... My mother, God rest her soul"? If so, does that make you equally "racist" as well, then, according to Mama, that is?

Good comment FacePalm. But it is wasted on the author. He has his own truth. That is what happens when a man loses his self respect. He is even foolish enough to call Trump selfish.
Would a man who had his own TV show, Airliner, Beauty Pageant, Dozens of Golf courses, casino's, and Hotels, give all that up for the hatred, lies, investigations, attacks on family, friends, and staff, he endures daily; if he were selfish? The man is unpresidential, but a true Patriot who wants the best for ALL Americans. And he has made a WORLD of difference as FacePalm points out.

The loser left constantly projects their faults on others, as if everyone is the same as them. And refuse to accept current events, instead projecting their delusion and imagined motivation, to those they hate.

What a terrible place Mr. McNeill lives in! And it all is of his own creation!

Greg, you are one of the biggest racists on WB.  You've never demonstrated a decent comprehension of any white President in American history, but you are madly in love with our First black president, who happened to be a Marxist.
Thomas Sutrina Added Aug 8, 2018 - 10:53pm
Greg you left I think because you didn't like criticism that said you were wrong. Your still pitching the same line and will receive the same response. So the question is will you at least consider that we are just as honest as you are in what we believe and have as much reason for our views. We view the same facts differently. And are as likely as you in having what history will determine is correct.
So you say we are selfish, maybe you are the selfish one. So how his the average American capable of harming an illegal Mexican? Almost all of us Americans do not know who is illegal and who is not. So how do we harm them? My children when to school with African Americans, they were on the same sports team, I have worked side to side with them and shopped in the same stores. How has doing this harmed them? I do not recall once in a store them being discriminated against when they were dressed and acted like all the others regardless of race or religion which is 99% of the time. You see a gang acting white, black, brown, or slanted eye I treat the same as does from my experience other of any race or religions that are Americans and act as members of the melting pot. Same thing can be said about Muslims be they of any race.
So Greg you tell me how members of the melting pot are selfish. I do thing that people that choose not to be members of the melting pot are more likely to be selfish. Are you a member of the melting pot, Greg?
President Brack Obama became president by the vote of your selfish Americans. That is a statistical fact. 69M votes in 2008 and 65M votes in 2012 vs ~60M for the GOP candidate in 2008, 2012, and 2016. Yes, Greg Trump got the exact same number of votes as the other GOP candidates. The difference is that Hillary Clinton a white person due to her own actions and personality did not get out the vote, 61M. Clearly the GOP voters didn't care about race but the Democratic voters chose to stay home for Obama's second term. Maybe what Trump said about Black communities not receiving what was promise is valid. Obama and the Democratic party continued to not give the Black community what they promised, Chicago south and west side I assure you feel that way. So even less voters stayed home.
So what has Trump done that Obama didn't? He removed many regulations. Now Greg I suspect that the companies that implemented changes due to Obama's regulation didn't stop using those investments. What they did save, Greg, is the cost of informing the departments, paper work, And yes they stopped doing things that cost money vs not. The Tax breaks mostly helped businesses not voters. Voter tax saving is for a limited time.
Tariffs as anyone knows are paid for by voters so that harms voters. And the cost of a tariff is more then the added cost for the imported goods. American producers increase the selling price. Then the loss of production which means jobs of retalitory tariffs on American goods.
Greg the 8M voters that stayed home in effect are Trump supports. They are part of your racists. They are the residents of Democratic controlled cities that voted in Democratic local governments. You see Greg as I said Trump receive about the same number of votes as McCain and Romney. And Bush second term only got 62M. Facts do not support your claim unless you can show that McCain that voted for many of the Democratic programs and for supporting illegal immigrate is a racist. Your claim isn't supported because Romney Care.

Gregory,
The black community approval rating of Trump has jumped to 30%.
This has never been achieved by any Republican president since . . . ever.  Why do you think this is happening?

If you have even a slightly an open mind, I would recommend watching youtube videos of Thomas Sowell, Larry Elder, or Shelby Steele.  I think these are some of the greatest modern minds.

Gregory S. McNeill So far the overall effect of all the changes Trump has made have been an outstanding increase in employment, even among minorities, and a stock market boom that is almost scary good.  If you and almost all your friends have jobs and your 401K is doing great, thank Trump.

You might be right, perhaps Trump's tariffs are going to hurt our economy, only time will tell but naysayers like you have been predicting gloom and doom as a result of everything Trump's done ever since he got elected and so far all those predictions have been dead wrong.  Just based on your track record I'd guess you're going to be dead wrong again.

That doesn't mean some companies won't be hurt, but Trump has never been about saving everyone from everything, but he's very successfully raised the overall economic conditions in the country which eventually does make things better for the vast majority.  I must admit, it's probably impossible to do anything without hurting someone.

As for Harley, they have been on the edge for a while and it's not because of Trump.  HD is the motorcycle of choice for baby boomers who are largely retired and want to feel young again.  When they were young big bad bikers rode Harleys, and they want to look and feel young again so they bought one they now ride a few times a year.  Millenniums have no such memories and most don't even understand why someone would want one.  Those Melenniums that do ride usually want a crotch rocket, a rice burner, not a super expensive Harley.

Trump didn't tank Harley and force them to find ways to lower the cost of their VERY expensive bikes, the changing market did that.  Trump may have made it happen a little faster and given HD a good excuse for outsourcing but overall I still think what he's doing will probably be better for most businesses in the US.  This also isn't the first time HD has resorted to parts from overseas.  Last time they saved themselves by changing the design of their bikes to appeal to baby boomers.  Maybe they will do the same again and change their bikes to appeal more to Millennials.  In any case they make a poor example of how Trump is wrecking our economy.

HD produces in Thailand now.

The reason:

Thailand made HD motorcycles aren't assessed a 60% tariff at the POE.

Still won't buy one however. I have boycotted all DUHmerican brands for decades.

Besides its such a cliche for someone from DUHmerica to drive HD and Ford in the country they moved to.

I don't want to be a jerk, but this post makes the argument that Trump supporters are racists because Trump's slogan (Make America Great Again) sounds similar to slogans in the past that were used by the KKK or 'bad' presidents? Is that good support for the argument?

I don't understand these constant charges of racism against Trump and Republicans. There is never any proof or convincing evidence as to why.

Charlottesville riot because some locals protested a General Lee statue being taken down (that they got a permit to protest)? So what.

Then masked Antifa guys bus into town unannounced and started the violence, and there was violence on both sides, and somebody got killed. But Trump was supposed to wade into issue, but only condemn one side? Why? He said there was violence on both sides. There was.

The Sh-- hole countries thing? That's not a nice thing to say, granted. But he said it behind closed doors in a meeting with Democrats to hash out out a deal on the Dreamers. The Democrats preferred to sink their own deal for DACA kids just to leak to the press those comments to make Trump look bad. Did this sort of thing ever happen when Obama was president. The press bent over backwards to praise the man, constantly.

I think you could make an argument that Trump may be a privately racist guy. But who knows. With his comments on Mexicans in the past, but who knows. I can't look into his heart or brain to tell. And the media personalities certainly can't either. And to condemn all his millions of supporters and all being racists, why? Not only do I not understand how you can make a sweeping judgment like that, what point does it serve to do so?

Bob Dylan sang about it:
A South politician preaches to the poor white man
"You got more than the blacks, don't complain
You're better than them, you been born with white skin, " they explain
And the Negro's name
Is used, it is plain
For the politician's gain
As he rises to fame
And the poor white remains
On the caboose of the train
But it ain't him to blame
He's only a pawn in their game

Just wait for the stats from the 2020 election; most people don't vote ideology(especially the poltroonery called "socialism"), but their wallets.  Unless there's a major stock market crash and consequent loss of jobs, Trump will be re-elected in a landslide.  No democrat even has anything to RUN on!  What can they point to and say "we did that" with some pride?  All they can do is point to Trump and whine - never voted for a DAMN thing that benefited Americans - but were united in "Resist!" and "Obstruct!"  Didn't work for the Liar - won't work for any anti-Trump candidate, either.  With some luck, it'll be The Liar AGAIN, itchin' for a record as a THREE-time loser!
Chances are good, though, that prior to the 2020 campaign, The Liar will either be under indictment, going through trial, or have taken up residence where she richly deserves - the Greybar Hotel.  Even Better?  The NY State prison known as "The Clinton Correctional Center," though i'd honestly prefer she served her term in Leavenworth, being screamed at by Marines every waking moment for the remainder of her criminal life.

I realize that you asked this of EXPAT, but i'll offer my opinion as to what swayed so many black voters - their wallets are getting fat from honest work, finally.  They look up and see Light again, finally.  They heard about the #walkaway movement, read some of the reasons why people are leaving the democrats in droves, decided that they no longer wanted to remain on the welfare prison farm, and are "Movin' On Up" and off that misery plantation.  They heard articulate and well-spoken black people like Kanye West, Diamond and Silk, and Candace Owens, and decided that they, too, can think for themselves instead of being taken for granted by the elitist democrats.

His overall approval rating is  50%.
Stop making up your own facts. (Projection)

None of this is true. Not even at the links provided.

Why would we trust any Trump-loving liar when they say they are "not racist"? They voted for a racist at the very least.

Lying for YEARS about the Black president not being an American is racism. This is what attracted his white nationalist base.

Refusing to rent to Blacks sure as hell IS racism. He continued after a court ordered him to stop.

Calling for the execution of the exonerated Central Park five sure as hell IS racism.

Defending Nazis as “very fine people” sure as hell IS racist.

Let's be clear. Every neo-nazi, white nationalist and Klan member is a Trump fan. There is a reason for it.

And just look at a days worth of "Making America Great":

"Draining the Swamp".

Jonathan Chait noted this happening just yesterday:

The entire Trump era has been a festering pit of barely disguised ongoing corruption. But the whole sordid era has not had a 24-hour period quite like the orgy of criminality which we have just experienced. The events of the last day alone include:

1) The trial of Paul Manafort, which has featured the accusation that President Trump’s campaign manager had embezzled funds, failed to report income, and falsified documents. His partner and fellow Trump campaign aide, Rick Gates, confessed to participating in all these crimes, as well as to stealing from Manafort.

(2) Yesterday, Forbes reported that Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross may have stolen $120 million from his partners and customers. Meanwhile Ross has maintained foreign holdings in his investment portfolio that present a major conflict of interest with his public office. (The “Don’t worry, Wilbur Ross would never do anything unethical just to pad his bottom line” defense is likely to be, uh, unconvincing to the many people filing suit against Ross for allegedly doing exactly that.)

(3) Also yesterday, ProPublica reported that the Department of Veterans Affairs is being effectively run by three Trump cronies, none of whom have any official government title or public accountability. The three, reports the story, have “used their influence in ways that could benefit their private interests.”

(4) And then, this morning, Representative Chris Collins was arrested for insider trading. Collins had been known to openly boast about making millions of dollars for his colleagues with his insider knowledge. He is charged with learning of an adverse FDA trial, and immediately calling his son — from the White House! — urging him to sell his holdings

Um, right. If an acre of land is the same thing as a voting citizen.

And yeah, Trump has "done great", for the rich and corporations getting tax cuts, while gutting the Children's Health Insurance Program to pay back some of the resulting deficit and debt.

He's done great for making the Supreme Court an arm of the Right wing Federalist Society with future gifts for corporate power and presidential un-accountability.

He's also "done great" by inheriting a functional economy, unlike the Bush Recession left Obama.

His tariffs are now resulting in Americans losing jobs,

I voted for Clinton, not because I particularly liked her but because I feared Thud’s nationalist authoritarianism more.

Dave D--- Reality is reality... HRC lost. Should a few urban centers dictate their desires to the entire nation?  From every aspect, HRC was a bad choice.  Urban centers can't control their own populations like the carnage in Chicago, LA, Baltimore, Detroit, etc.

Democrats used to stand for free speech and expanding our unalienable rights to all. Today, it has destroyed itself and pushed JFK Democrats, like myself right out of the party.  It supports terrorist organizations like Antifa and claims there's such a thing as "hate facts" and "hate speech" and "fake news".

Review the Clinton Legacy and get back to us.

Let me ask you a question:

IN the 8 yrs Obama was in office, what did he do for the rights of black people?

Here let me help you out a bit:

"Under the leadership of America’s first black president, black people have been the biggest losers. target="_blank">Here are the numbers:
• 25% of black households live below the poverty line as compared to eight percent for white households.
• One out of three black children lives in poverty.
• Blacks are twice as likely as whites to be unemployed.
• Blacks earn $13,000 less per year than their white counterparts.
• The unemployment rate of African Americans has consistently been twice as high as for whites over the last 50 years.
• For every $100 in wealth of a white household, the black household only has $6 in wealth.

Thanks to Obama, gun violence in America is rising. Blacks are suffering the most because they are six times more likely to commit a homicide than whites and target="_blank">seven times more likely to be a victim of a homicide than whites. Crime has escalated thanks to Obama stoking the race wars in America."

And hon, you seem to forget one damn historical point, the MAJORITY OF AMERICANS voted for a black man and he won election twice as POTUS.

You can live in your delusional victimhood, if you wish.. but maybe Michael Moore can clarify it for you why we didn't vote for HRC.

It was anything and everything BUT RACE!

That said, his opinions are insulting to the 60 million+ Trump voters.  It is insulting to all the manufacturing jobs that have come back that Obama said "are never coming back", It is insulting to the 90% of Americans that have more money in their pocket because the government is taking less and on and on.

Republicans didn't riot and loot and protest beginning 5 minutes after Obama was declared president.  They waited to see what his policies would be and what their impact would be then they began saying this isn't American.

What did the author's side do?  exactly the opposite.  And for every day since they have cried, had temper tantrums, shut down free speech, called anyone right of radical left every name possible.

The absolute obliviousness of the left is staggering.  All that matters is their statist agenda.  Anything that stops that or slows it down must be stomped.  This is an unquestionable fact.  Their absolute intolerance of anything that disagrees with their ideology is proof in itself.

President Trump's remarks on Haiti, El Salvador and certain African countries.
"Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?"

Ah, the glorious day our great hero declared his candidacy.  Who can forget this Trump classic, forever endearing himself to our Latino population.
"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best," he said during his candidacy announcement. "They're sending people that have lots of problems...They're bringing drugs, they're bringing crimes, they're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."

After Khizr Khan honored his fallen son, Humayun Khan at the Democratic National Convention, he concluded his remarks with a challenge to candidate Trump.  His wife Ghazala Khan had stood silently by his side during his speech at the DNC.  “We are honored to stand here as parents of Captain Humayun Khan and as patriotic American Muslims...  Donald Trump, you’re asking Americans to trust you with their future. Let me ask you, have you even read the United States constitution? I will gladly lend you my copy. In this document, look for the words ‘liberty’ and ‘equal protection of law’...  Have you ever been to Arlington cemetery? Go look at the graves of brave patriots who died defending the United States of America. You will see all faiths, genders and ethnicities. You have sacrificed nothing – and no one.”

The next day Trump attacked his wife.  Trump suggested she couldn't speak. "If you look at his wife, she was standing there," he said during a TV interview, "She had nothing to say... Maybe she wasn't allowed to have anything to say. You tell me."
Critics said his comments implied that she wasn't allowed to speak because she was Muslim.

Reaction to Charlottesville including the blame on both sides remark and the infamous, "Good people on both sides."  These remarks got him a nice thank you from David Duke.

Refusal to disavow support from KKK and other racist groups during campaign and up until this day.  He even lied and said he had no idea who David Duke was.

The entire NFL controversy was aimed at hurting blacks who were standing up for the civil rights of black people.

Does anyone remember during the campaign when security was on some black protestor, Trump calling from his podium, "Get him outta here!" to the wild cheers of his base.  How about when he offered to pay for legal defense for anyone accused of violence at his rallies?  Wasn't that right about when the old cowboy sucker-punched the BLM guy?

Trump declared in December that the 15,000 Haitians who received visas in 2017 "all have AIDS." In that same report, he reportedly said that 40,000 Nigerians who came to the United States would never "go back to their huts."

I guess we will just have to move the bar to define what is and what is not racist.  I'm sure many of you do harbor some racist tendencies.  By defending Trump you prove this to be true.  I'm no fucking angel.  I just happen to understand this.

Gregory I read your examples of Trump's racism and they remind me of what people say who want to make it look like Trump hates Gay people.  None of what you provided makes me think HE is a racist.

When Trump buys a company that turns out to have racist people in it, all that proves is there are still racists walking around.  There is a good chance your retirement portfolio also contains some companies that have had internal problems with racist behavior, does that make you a racist for investing your money in those companies?

People like you have also said Trump was anti Gay because he said he didn't the armed forces to stop admitting transgender people.  The fail to mention the reason, he didn't want people enlisting so they could get a free sex change operation, complete with almost a year of preparation and recovery time, during which they would be useless to the military.  Not only do I agree it was ludicrous for the military to take people who planned to be unavailable for the duty they were being hired to do, for about a year, I don't think that is an anti Gay thing to do.  If they want an $80,000 operation and a year of time off, they should fund it themselves, not join the military so taxpayers will pay for all of it.

Even when he says things indiscreetly that you don't like, like "shit hole countries", that doesn't make him a racist.  The people from those countries are also trying to make the case that their shit holes are so horrible that they qualify for asylum in the US. Bug..from New York? Cool..I used to spend my summers there because my cousin owned a moderate business and I was able to stay with her. I can remember things about Trump from her and her friends. He was a joke then when he didnt totally disgust people.
I think the thing about him is he is so disgusting and just does what he wants.  There is a certain sect of people that I guess like that. Others really feel he will do something and in his offhand backwards way, he may actually piggy back on something else and accidentally do something right.  But he is a con-man and he gets it honest, its how he was brought up and he has talked about that.  People really dont pay attention.

To those of you that do think our imperial leader is original in his thinking or that he is not a person born of cultural bias (your term racism) here you go- David Dukes platform for office in 1990 and again in 2016- some thing Trump admits to researching, .http://archive.is/eB16Q
"America first" and that platform is from the Louisiana race of David Duke one he took from the KKK who had it on their emblem or on their signs in the original march on DC. (Just look at the pics)
https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/donald-trumps-america-first-slogan-9718899
There is a video on you tube of a speech he gave with questions in which he speaks to this but this is common knowledge for most people.
Now..MAGA..was then and is still a David Duke quote (although David Duke currently has changed the wording to "make whites great again" while trump is in office)..I am looking for the file footage on that and if I can get my hands on it you will see it.

This about a former member of the KKK who influenced enough people to injure and even kill others.  In this instance he just influenced a President who has no original ideas of his own.
I personally dont care what you think..but dont tell me you are not culturally biased.   You may actually believe it, but you are wrong.
The origins of what you are spouting right now come directly from the KKK and David Duke.
Dems may have supported that then..and they were wrong also. Anyone who supports this is WRONG.  Support policies and ideas that make sense, not hate..and that is all this is.

Fred Trump rented to Woody Guthrie who wrote "This Land Is Your Land"
Guthrie changed his TUNES after racist Trumpland Brooklyn after returning from WAR and signing Tenant with housing meant for returning veterans, minorities, disabled, fixed-income elderly, thus rent controlled. Fred got rich while Government PAID/subsidized every affordable housing project of the time.
Anyway, Guthrie rented Beach Haven (Coney Island area) only to rename it Bitch Haven. There is a link to museum where his music lyrics reside as family Trust. Will get link of you want.

A champion for equality
By the time he moved into his new apartment, Guthrie had traveled a long road from the casual racism of his Oklahoma youth.
He’d learned along the way that the North held no special claim to racial enlightenment. He had written songs such as “The Ferguson Brothers Killing,” which condemned the out-of-hand police killing of the unarmed Charles and Alfonso Ferguson in Freeport, Long Island, in 1946, after the two young black men had been refused service in a bus terminal cafe.
In “Buoy Bells from Trenton,” he denounced the miscarriage of justice in the case of the so-called “Trenton Six” – black men convicted of murder in 1948 by an all-white jury in a trial marred by official perjury and manufactured evidence.
And in 1949, he’d stood shoulder to shoulder with Paul Robeson, Howard Fast and Pete Seeger against the mobs of Peekskill, New York, where American racism at its ugliest had inspired 21 songs from his pen (one of which, “My Thirty Thousand,” was recorded by Billy Bragg and Wilco).
In the postwar years, with the return of hundreds of thousands of servicemen to New York, affordable public housing had become an urgent priority.
For the most part, low-cost housing projects had been left to cash-strapped state and city authorities. But when the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) finally stepped in to issue federal loans and subsidies for urban apartment blocks, one of the first developers in line, with his eye on the main chance, was Fred Trump. He made a fortune not only through the construction of public housing projects but also through collecting the rents on them.
When Guthrie first signed his lease, it’s unlikely that he was aware of the murky background to the construction of his new home, the massive public complex that Trump had dubbed “Beach Haven.”

Trump would be investigated by a U.S. Senate committee in 1954 for profiteering off of public contracts, not least by overestimating his Beach Haven building charges to the tune of US$3.7 million.

Wendy Bugliari Added Aug 9, 2018 - 8:20pm
What Guthrie discovered all too late was Trump’s enthusiastic embrace of the FHA’s guidelines for avoiding “inharmonious uses of housing” – or as Trump biographer Gwenda Blair puts it, “a code phrase for selling homes in white areas to blacks.” As Blair points out, such “restrictive covenants” were common among FHA projects – a betrayal, if ever there was one, of the New Deal vision that had given birth to the agency.

Only a year into his Beach Haven residency, Guthrie – himself a veteran – was already lamenting the bigotry that pervaded his new, lily-white neighborhood, which he’d taken to calling “Bitch Havens.”
In his notebooks, he conjured up a scenario of smashing the color line to transform the Trump complex into a diverse cornucopia, with “a face of every bright color laffing and joshing in these old darkly weeperish empty shadowed windows.” He imagined himself calling out in Whitman-esque free verse to the “negro girl yonder that walks along against this headwind / holding onto her purse and her fur coat”:

In 1979, 12 years after Guthrie had succumbed to the death sentence of Huntington’s Disease, Village Voice reporter Wayne Barrett published a two-part exposé about Fred and Donald Trump’s real estate empire.
Below all the legal jargon is the signature of the man who had composed “This Land Is Your Land,” the most resounding appeal to an equal share for all in America. Below that is the signature of Donald Trump’s father, Fred. No pairing could appear more unlikely.

Riley..on this topic, I dont think Trump is culturally bias although in the world he grew up in, it would not be a far stretch.  He goes with whatever is safe at the time.  I just think he likes to stir things up and this issue isnt a fair or safe issue to play with, dont you think enough people have died?
However, with that said, he denounced in the 90s David Duke...calling him a danger to society. On the other hand, he studied(or had someone else provide him info) Duke enough to know his entire local and national political platform as well as his speaking history back to the 70s, using Dukes words in his own speeches.
His refusal twice to denounce the white supremacists after the death of Heather Heyer, AS A PUBLIC OFFICIAL, increased safety dangers for many people on either side of this coin.
Also I dont care what the press on this is..he is 70+ years old and a white guy who ran in NYC with some guys who dont like that sort of thing. He is a traditionalist in this area (his words).  Do you really think he supports homosexuality or any community thereof?
Come on Riley..but I think his SCOTUS nomination should bring you into focus on that. Ive heard his record is a little harsh in that area. Dont know, just something I heard.

Greg, you put up, "To Thomas, Ryan, Leroy, and others who think that you aren't racist, here is a picture from a Klan rally in the 1920's that back me up:
I will match you, check mate, 1924 Klanbake DNC convention, "The Ku Klux Klan had surged in popularity after World War I, due to connections of its public relations leadership to those who had promoted the successful Prohibition Amendment to the U.S. Constitution,[3] becoming a political power throughout many regions of the United States. It reached the apex of its power in the mid-1920s, when it exerted deep cultural and political influence on both Republicans and Democrats.[4] Its supporters had successfully quashed an anti-Klan resolution before it ever went to a floor vote at the 1924 Republican National Convention earlier in June, and proponents expected to exert the same influence at the Democratic convention. Instead, tension between pro- and anti-Klan delegates produced an intense and sometimes violent showdown between convention attendees from the states of Colorado and Missouri.[4][5] Klan delegates opposed the nomination of New York Governor Al Smith because Smith was a Roman Catholic. Most Klan delegates instead supported William Gibbs McAdoo. Non-Klan delegates, led by Sen. Oscar Underwood of Alabama, attempted to add condemnation of the organization for its violence to the Democratic Party's platform. The measure was narrowly defeated, and the anti-KKK plank was not included in the platform. "

Greg KKK is a product of the Democratic Party as is the funding of Antifa.

Anyone who believes that those voted into office by people who think voting makes any difference actually represent anyone but themselves has not been watching closely enough.
I've said it many times, if you vote, you validate the criminal games of governments and are, therefore, complicit in their crimes.
ALL governments commit murder and employ fear as a tool of control, whether 'democratically' voted in or not.
I choose not to be an accessory to such crimes.
If the 'divide and conquer' technique ever stops working, things will change very rapidly for the better, for most of humanity.

Above all is the Federal Government and US Constitution and bill of rights, but jurisdiction is a constant source of struggle, and now Judicial Activists are placing themselves above ALL.
The representative form of government is collapsing, with a Proletariat that sees itself as all powerful and knowing, polluting the atmosphere of reason.

Dave D, if you believe people who tell you Trump himself has anything to do with the rental process in businesses he owns, you have a serious problem with your ability to recognize BS when you see it.

Trump owns businesses just like you might own stock in the same businesses, except he owns a lot more of the stock and might have a lot to do with decisions about mergers and acquisitions, but NEVER helps decide who to rent housing to.  Have no doubt he hasn't even met 99% of the people in companies he owns.  He just owns the company.

If saying that also makes me a racist in your eyes, so be it.  Your bar seems to be set pretty low, which is a shame because doing so inflates the number of racists, and dilutes the focus on real racists like the KKK.

The image showing hooded Klansmen marching in a parade dates from December 1924 (five months after the convention) and documents an target="_blank" rel="noopener">event held in Madison, Wisconsin. The nighttime photo of KKK members posing en masse in front of a burning cross was taken in 1921. Gerrilea,

Did you notice my statistic that 88% of black voters voted for HRC?  I can't recall the source, but have no reason to doubt the authenticity.

Thank you for standing with me.  Last summer after Trump's disgraceful remarks on Charlottesville I authored a little rant entitled, "Where Do You Stand?"  The only person who threw in with me was our British cousin, Opher.

I actually enjoyed Hillary's tribute to Senator Byrd.  He joined the Klan in 1944, right?  Who's next on the chopping block?  Strom Thurmond?  George Wallace?  Here is the liberal spin on Senator Byrd's later regrets courtesy of wikipedia.

Byrd later called joining the KKK "the greatest mistake I ever made." In 1997, he told an interviewer he would encourage young people to become involved in politics but also warned, "Be sure you avoid the Ku Klux Klan. Don't get that albatross around your neck. Once you've made that mistake, you inhibit your operations in the political arena." In his last autobiography, Byrd explained that he was a KKK member because he "was sorely afflicted with tunnel vision—a jejune and immature outlook—seeing only what I wanted to see because I thought the Klan could provide an outlet for my talents and ambitions." Byrd also said in 2005, "I know now I was wrong. Intolerance had no place in America. I apologized a thousand times ... and I don't mind apologizing over and over again. I can't erase what happened."

I am thinking she considered him as a mentor in the Senate when she was the Junior Senator from New York.  You like Hillary, don't you?

And kudos for not supporting the Great Republican Tax Heist of 2017.  Damn proud of you for that.

Open borders?  No, we don't really have that right now.  Try crossing the San Ysidro border some day.  Some day you have a lot of time.  The border to Canada is much longer and wilder.  Porous doesn't even begin to describe it.  I guess it is an open border of sorts.  But no, I can't support the wall, I want the twenty prototypes in San Diego County to stand forever as a monument to stupidity.

But I mostly disagree about Muslims.  I live side by side with Muslims.  They assimilate into our culture well enough.  The place I see the women and children the most often is Target.  I was just talking with my father and my cousin about religious prejudice this evening.  Did you read my little complaint about El Cajon middle schoolers harassing a young Muslim girl whose family fled Syria in the comments section of my latest article?

Absolutely shameful.  This never would have been tolerated for more than a day in the city or in more civilized communities in my County.

I was extremely saddened by the recent case of a young Syrian refugee, a Muslim girl who has been the target of harrassment by her fellows at Greenfield Middle School in El Cajon.  The harrassment has been going on for one and a half years, but recently culminated in a group of students following her home one day hurling insults, shouting and pulling her hair.  There is a call for the Principal of the school to resign for allowing this to go on without any oversight for so long.

Gerrilea Added Aug 10, 2018 - 2:19am
Flying J-- Each of us sees an accident differently.  What I've experienced with Muslim men at my job is truly barbaric.  You cannot go to many of their homelands as a gay man, period.  Saudi Arabia will not allow transgendered people in either.

Attacking a child is unacceptable and if true, the school authorities should be held criminally liable but it doesn't negate the very real threat I face with these "new immigrants".

As for the border fence, yep...we'll have to agree to disagree.

What would be better for all people would be to control multinationals and stop them from destroying nation after nation, forcing millions into perpetual poverty so that they have no need to seek "greener pastures" here.

That Muslim speaker was disgusting.  Such hate speech would not be tolerated in my State.  This man echoes the hate speech of the extreme right-wing churches that have been labelled hate groups by the SPLC.  Westboro Baptist obviously comes to mind.

I have heard our local Imam from the Islamic Center of San Diego speak and he is welcome in many of our more liberal churches.  He is a man of peace.  He spoke at my Methodist church.  We are an inclusive congregation.

You have my sympathy.
Gerrilea Added Aug 10, 2018 - 3:41am
Flying J-- Thank you for the sentiments and compassion, it's sorely missing in this nation today.

While I despise all that he said, I could never label his speech as "hateful"...it's what he believes. Now had you said barbaric and the antithesis of our social values..I'd agree. And isn't that one of the points for denying them entry?

Why go to places that don't share your values? You'd never see me in Dubai or Saudi Arabia or Pakistan or Chad or Nigeria.

The thing is, the Westboro Baptist Church is truly a minority of mostly "family" members and no real threat to me personally.  Islam teaches them these things and the majority believe it and many have acted on it, here.  Stay in your own nation and do whatever you want, kill each other if it makes you happy but don't bring that shit here.

Many on this site that I have had very detailed discussions with may not agree with my life choices but I don't think they're gonna throw me off a building, "for my own good" or advocate such.

Are there a few extreme cases here in the US? Absolutely, Matthew Sheppard comes to mind....but the majority of the time I'm left alone to live my life.  Many in this nation feel they have some "moral authority" to tell me I'm going to hell or some such crap but I've never truly been threatened with death UNTIL the Muslim Immigrants came here...and I've lived my life as a woman for almost 30 yrs.

Bill Clinton was a corporatist who cut welfare. Obama was an appeaser who offered to cut SS and welfare.  NAFTA was supported by the most of Republicans in both the House and Senate. The majority of House Dems voted AGAINST NAFTA.

You keep ranting on about the KKK and you are truly attempting to equate Trump voters to them as being all racists, just like the author of this article did.

If you've made some fine "exception" I haven't read it yet.

What "chanting with Tiki Torches" are you referring to?  Do you have a link or video you can share? Unless you're referring to the UVA incident...then you're still not dealing in facts.  Trump had nothing to do with it at all.

AND you're not going to like this but when we start erasing history because "it's offensive" then we all lose.  Wasn't that rally started over the removal of historic statues?  And ISN'T the POTUS, whomever it is, BOUND TO UPHOLD OUR CONSTITUTION? And to do so equally?

While I despise what the KKK stands for, THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE, AS AMERICAN CITIZENS.  And it's the duty of our President to ensure all have an equal voice.

In 1969, the Supreme Court's decision in Brandenburg v. Ohio effectively overturned Schenck and any authority the case still carried. There, the Court held that inflammatory speech--and even speech advocating violence by members of the Ku Klux Klan--is protected under the First Amendment, unless the speech "is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action"

I saw the same video Trump did and Antifa was the ones whom were the violent aggressors.

His gestures for a "grand bargain" with corporatist Republicans was a betrayal of progressivism and public safety nets. Trump and his party are even more corporatist, cutting their taxes and deregulating polluters and Wall Street.

I didn't call you a racist. Nor did I call all Trump voters racist. Why so defensive? I did agree racists support Trump.  And they do. If you disagree then you are outside of reality.

when we start erasing history because "it's offensive" then we all lose. Nobody is "erasing history" by removing statues of pro-slavery
traitors. And the rally was a call to "Unite the Right" and make an emboldened show of force.

"Very fine people" chanting "Jews will not replace us!" has nothing to do with preserving history.

Like it or not, counter protesters have the same rights as Nazis.

I saw the same video Trump did and Antifa was the ones whom were the violent aggressors. And what DIDN'T you and Trump see?  You didn't see the violent aggression from the alt-Right pointing guns at the counter demonstrators. And why do you ignore vehicular homicide as violent aggression?

"You're lecturing a Black person on racism."

Only you, a black person, is allowed to define racism or discuss it? BULLSHIT, and as I pointed out previously, it's a false attempt to shutdown open discussion.

This is what you repeated multiple times:

"Let's be clear. Every neo-nazi, white nationalist and Klan member is a Trump fan. There is a reason for it."

You then continued to present proof that Trump was racist...which the majority of us dismiss out of hand.  It's immaterial, truly it is.  As Michael Moore points out in an interview that I linked above, "IT WAS THE BIGGEST FUCK YOU IN HUMAN HISTORY!"

What policies has Trump initiated that have hurt Black Americans specifically SINCE he's became POTUS?

I've presented links to everything I have claimed.  You now make unfounded claims,

"Many Trump voters have seen the light..."

Present evidence or is this your "true authoritarianism" showing through.  POT MEET KETTLE.

As for this innuendo, that you repeated ad nauseam:

"I didn't call you a racist....Why so defensive?"

I've repeatedly asked you legitimate questions and you've ignored them. I've repeatedly pointed out that Trump being a racist wasn't an issue for the majority of American whom voted for him. You ignore the realty and then claim,

"I don't know what your problem is, but there clearly is a perception or comprehension issue. Nothing can be communicated with you if you fail to read clearly."

I presented you with evidence that HRC was just as racist and has done far worse to this Nation, specifically to Black Americans, than Trump ever could AND you ignore it.

So that I get your position: many Trump "supporters" are racist and anyone that "supports" him is might be as well.

Is this correct?  If you're trying to take a "morally superior" position, it won't work.

Now let's move on to the issues, shall we?

What did the 1st Black POTUS do for the carnage in Chicago, his adopted home town? NOTHING.

What did the 1st Black POTUS do for Black Wealth? Destroy it.

What did The Clinton's do for Blacks?

Bill Clinton's Crime Bill put millions of Blacks into Prison.  Together they destroyed, "Black America".  Because of Hillary, Blacks are sold as slaves, once again in Libya.

I don't know what "morality" you are trying to shove down my throat but, honey...I ain't swallowing it!

Given the choice between the Clinton Crime Syndicate or Trump, I chose Trump.

You then continued to present proof that Trump was racist...which the majority of us dismiss out of hand. Like the "majority" voted for him and support him" Please.

(CNN) A July Quinnipiac University poll has a striking result: 49% of people said they believe President Donald Trump to be a racist while 47% believe he is not.

You are simply unable to take any statement of mine and show evidence it is incorrect. Opinions that agree with you do not count.

Would you like some of Hillary's hot sauce for that crow, sweetie?

This is pure BS.
As First Lady, Hillary called young black men “super-predators” indicating that she thought all young black males were violent criminals.

What she really said:
"But we also have to have an organized effort against gangs.Just as in a previous generation we had an organized effort against the mob. We need to take these people on. They are often connected to big drug cartels, they are not just gangs of kids anymore. They are often the kinds of kids that are called superpredators — no conscience, no empathy.

Yet your keen vision sees, "all young black males were violent"

News flash! This is NOT what she said.

This is your silly straw man at play again. QUOTE the evidence, not your delusions.

Do you even know what a straw man is?

March 2013 – 13.0

March 2015- 10.0

January 2017 - 7.8

Obama saw the rate fall from 16.6 to 7.8%

That would be a drop of 8.8%!

Trump saw it go down 1.3% and crows like he did it all. Now his stupid shills crow along with him.

And we’re supposed to give Dear Leader credit for a home run when he started on third base and walked in?

Trump’s real-estate company tried to avoid renting apartments to African-Americans in the 1970s and gave target="_blank">preferential treatment to whites, according to the federal government.

Trump treated black employees at his casinos differently from whites, according to multiple sources. A former hotel executive said Trump criticized a black accountant: “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. … I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault, because laziness is a trait in blacks.”

In 1989, Trump took out ads in New York newspapers urging the death penalty for five black and Latino teenagers accused of raping a white woman in Central Park; he target="_blank">argued they were guilty as late as October 2016, more than 10 years after DNA evidence had exonerated them.

In 1989, on NBC, Trump said: “I think sometimes a black may think they don’t have an advantage or this and that. I’ve said on one occasion, even about myself, if I were starting off today, I would love to be a well-educated black, because I really believe they do have an actual advantage.”

He began his 2016 presidential campaign with a speech target="_blank">disparaging target="_blank">Mexican immigrants as criminals and “rapists.”

He uses the gang MS-13 to disparage all immigrants. Among many other statements, he has suggested that Obama’s protection of the Dreamers — otherwise law-abiding immigrants who were brought to the United States illegally as children — contributed to the spread of MS-13.

In December 2015, Trump target="_blank">called for a “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States,” including refusing to readmit Muslim-American citizens who were outside of the country at the time.
Trump said a federal judge hearing a case about Trump University was biased target="_blank">because of target="_blank">the judge’s Mexican heritage.
In June 2017, Trump said 15,000 recent immigrants from Haiti “all have AIDS” and that 40,000 Nigerians, once seeing the United States, would never “target="_blank">go back to their huts” in Africa.
At the White House on Jan. 11, Trump target="_blank">vulgarly called for less immigration from Haiti and Africa and more from Norway.
He spent years suggesting that the nation’s first black president was born not in the United States but in Kenya, a lie that Trump still has not acknowledged as such.
Trump called Obama (who was editor in chief of the Harvard Law Review) “a terrible student, terrible.
Trump frequently claimed that Obama did not work hard as president.
Trump falsely claimed that President Obama “issued a statement for Kwanzaa but failed to issue one for Christmas.”
He often casts heavily black American cities as target="_blank">dystopian war zones. In a 2016 debate with Hillary Clinton, Trump said, “Our inner cities, African Americans, Hispanics are living in hell because it’s so dangerous. You walk down the street, you get shot.” Trump also said to black voters: “You’re living in poverty; your schools are no good; you have no jobs.”
He frequently offers target="_blank">false crime statistics to exaggerate urban crime, including about Oakland, Philadelphia and Ferguson, Mo.
Wendy Bugliari Added Aug 10, 2018 - 3:42pm
He is quick to highlight crimes committed by dark-skinned people, sometimes target="_blank">exaggerating or lying about them (target="_blank">such as a claim about growing crime from “radical Islamic terror” in Britain). He is very slow to decry hate crimes committed by whites against dark-skinned people (target="_blank">such as the killing of an Indian man in Kansas last year).

He target="_blank">frequently criticizes prominent African-Americans for being unpatriotic, ungrateful and disrespectful.

He called Puerto Ricans who criticized his administration’s response to Hurricane Maria “politically motivated ingrates.”

He has retweeted white nationalists target="_blank">without apology.

He called some of those who marched alongside white supremacists in Charlottesville, Va., last August “very fine people.”

After David Duke, the former leader of the Ku Klux Klan, endorsed him, Trump was target="_blank">reluctant to disavow Duke even when asked directly on television.

Trump hired Steve Bannon as his campaign head and later White House chief strategist. Under Bannon’s leadership, the website Breitbart target="_blank">made white nationalism a central theme. It featured a section, for example, on “black crime.”

Trump endorsed and campaigned for Roy Moore, the Alabama Senate candidate who target="_blank">spoke positively about slavery and who target="_blank">called for an African-American Muslim member of Congress not to be seated because of his religion.

Donny whined a lot about Obama out playing golf, didn't he?

"I'm going to be working for you. I'm not going to have time to go play golf." --Donald J. Trump, August, 2016

Can you believe that, with all of the problems and difficulties facing the U.S., President Obama spent the day playing golf.Worse than Carter

PresObama is not busy talking to Congress about Syria..he is playing golf ...go figure"

President Obama played golf yesterday???

We pay for Obama's travel so he can fundraise millions so Democrats can run on lies. Then we pay for his golf

Obama should play golf with Republicans & opponents rather than his small group of friends. That way maybe the terrible gridlock would end.

And:

While Putin is scheming and beaming on how to take over the World, President Obama is watching March Madness

If not for double standards they'd haven none at all:

It doesn’t say, shall not “receive distributions while in office.” It says, “share or part,” that is, ownership.

President Trump’s arrangements do not give away his “share or part,” not even to his family, let alone to anyone at arm’s length. The concern of the provision is to keep elected officials from having an ownership interest in precious government buildings. Trump still has that ownership.

Trump has trafficked in anti-Semitic caricatures, including the tweeting of a six-pointed star alongside a pile of cash. He has also been reluctant to condemn anti-Semitic attacks on journalists from his supporters, and he echoed neo-Nazi conspiracy theories by saying that Hillary Clinton “meets in secret with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty in order to enrich these global financial powers, her special interest friends and her donors.”

Greg, my problem with your comments is that you focus on individual racism.  I do no know Trump well enough to know if he is a racist or not, and that can be very situation specific which make any accusation also situation specific.   So I focus on 'institutional racism.'  The effect of individual racism has been shown through history can be overcome by many people.  On the other hand institutional racism can not.

Apartheid was the ideology supported by the National Party (NP) government and was introduced in South Africa in 1948 and ended about 1994.  Apartheid  has short and long term effects.  One of those is reverse bigotry by the present Black controlled government actions that is as horrendous and the actions of the white government.  These governments gave permission for bigotry acts of violence and discrimination.

Greg, federal and state governments from colonial days to the middle of the 1960's institutionalized bigotry to black for sure and against native Indians (that were grouped together and tagged as terrorizing which ended ~ 1880s. blanket rights to citizenship ~ 1924.), and waves of immigrants.   The 15, 16, and 17th amendments in actually was enforce by the civil rights laws passed by the Eisenhower and Johnson administration.  Both houses of congress were controlled by the Democratic party,  however; without GOP vote none of those civil rights bills would have become law.  That Greg is a fact.  KKK was the unofficial enforcement arm of these governments, Greg, by far Democratic party lead.   Antifa it appears is the unofficial enforcement arm of some local Democratic lead governments as apparent by the lack of action of police and the directions given to permit carrying protesters.   Veritas video have also shown the connection of  DNC, Hillary campaign, and major supporters to disruption of GOP campaigns including Trump.  I consider this a fact and no one has shown the video is corrupted, assembled.

Economist Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Milton Friedman, etc. have shown a connection between programs administrations to segregation, racism, the explosion of single family households that are more likely to live in poverty, provide members of gangs, illiteracy, drug use, etc.  And show that no correct action has reduced the problems created.  Greg, you can not deny that since FDR's second re-election that black voters statistically exceed 90% for Democratic party candidates.

This is a list of Dixicrats Byrd being the last one that as Pointed out above Hillary said was mentored by him.  "Dixiecrats in the US Senate during the 1964 Civil Rights and 1965 Voting Rights Act. These Dixiecrats/Democrats in the Senate voted NO!

What the hell happened here?
civil discourse people, come on...

Face Palm..have you seen the inflation rate on this good living?  3%
Wage growth  -currently @ 1.6% and steady which is the strongest its been in some time, so I will give you that.  But we cant keep up with the inflation, which btw, is projected to get worse.
I know there is a problem when I cant buy meat like I used to because costs so high@  butcher.  A pound of hamburger is 7-8.00 and I dont even like hamburger. Shrimp here is about 8.00/lb and crab is 175 for a decent 3/4 bushel (its never full).  Vegetables  are almost affordable.
Cost of living in the US is 6.5% higher than in the UK, rent being almost 30% higher.
I see a SC plant promised to be kept open by Trump himself, is having a mass layoff in October due to the tariffs. There are others but when people are unemployed and cant pay for the high price of things, he will have to actually think.  Not sure he can bankrupt his way out of this one, should this continue.  Which I am amazed these people believed one word of what he said, he tried to steal (allocate) millions of their state taxpayer dollars because of Don Jr screw-up.  They caught it and told him no..but he was smarmy enough to try and this happened in February 2018. Wrote article about that also, even did a podcast..

Yes he has some good ideas..but so do you..so do I.  Implementing them for ALL people is a difficult process, takes time and superb staff to help.  Something He just isnt good at.
Wendy is right.. Im telling you she is. She does the same thing I do, research.  She is from NYC, I spent my summers there when "the Donald" was coming up in notoriety.  I remember the stories, even the ones not in the papers.  I heard them for years.
Ill even grant you the story..he unexpectedly won the Presidency and now he is pushing his policies through with no political background.   Its a great story, except he has no idea what he is doing with a staff that is equally inept.   Some of his ideas have some merit, but need more planning and detail (legalities and projected outcomes).  He is WAAAYYY too focused on the 35% base and shiny objects and not the full picture, which is his sworn duty.
He is smart though..he has a plan, at least to stay in office. No matter what.

etc. have shown a connection between programs administrations to segregation, racism, the explosion of single family households that are more likely to live in poverty, provide members of gangs, illiteracy, drug use, etc.  And show that no correct action has reduced the problems created. This is the ‘Welfare breeds crime” bullshit. POVERTY is what factors most in crime. Yes, even with poor rural whites. Good God, as if there is no theft, violence, or opiod crisis in Appalachia!

Did he mention Hillary was “mentored”, a word of respect upon his death, by a REPENTANT Byrd in his old age? No? Why not? Does he wish to deceive us into thinking Byrd was mentoring Hillary to be a racist or Klan member? I think he was implying guilt of racism by association. Sure seems like that kind of deception to me.

See: "Authoritarian Tactics and Rules of Discourse":
 http://writerbeat.com/articles/23705-Authoritarian-Tactics-And-Rules-Of-Discourse

Thomas was kind enough to list Democratic senators who voted against the Civil Rights Act of 1964. (Proposed by Democrat JFK and followed through by Democrat LBJ.)

I think he was implying that Democrats are today’s party of racists. I think it was his intent to deceive us into believing that.

See: "Authoritarian Tactics and Rules of Discourse":
 http://writerbeat.com/articles/23705-Authoritarian-Tactics-And-Rules-Of-Discourse

Those of us familiar with history recognize something about the list Thomas kindly offered. Or was it deceptively offered? Apart from Byrd, all those senators were from the former Confederate states.

That’s right. Southern Democrats and Southern Republicans voted against the Civil Rights Act. Does anybody wonder why? Where was the land of slavery, that became the land of burning crosses, poll taxes, and Jim Crow? Oh, yeah. It was those same Southern, former Confederate, slave states.

Both houses of congress were controlled by the Democratic party,  however; without GOP vote none of those civil rights bills would have become law. That’s a fact.

As we know, Dixiecrats were not liberals, and not progressive on voter and civil rights, and switched parties en mass after the Voting Rights Act. The divide was not on party lines, but on regional lines.

Guess which region hated the Voting Rights Act?

Fact time kids.

CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964.

Who voted for it?

Northern House Democrats voted “yea” 145–9   (94%–6%)
Northern Senate Democrats voted 45–1   (98%–2%)
Northern House Republicans: 138–24   (85%–15%)
Northern Senate Republicans: 27–5   (84%–16%)

So who’s whistling “Dixie”?

Southern House Democrats: 7–87   (7%–93%)
Southern Senate Democrats: 1–20   (5%–95%)
Southern Republicans: 0–10   (0%–100%)
Southern Senate Republicans: 0–1   (0%–100%)

Jefferson Beauregard Sessions, opponent of the Voting Rights Act, is now charge of voting rights.

I love a GOOD chardonnay..its my favorite and maybe once in awhile a Riesling.  I have pretty good taste in wine.
But since my friend  Kathleen was killed by a drunk driver, over time, I just lost the desire I guess.  I lost quite a few people the year before and so it was just the last straw.  She was too young and good to be taken like that.
Its been almost 7 years now and I have not, not had a drink that entire time.  Believe me it took some time.  I tried to have a glass not long ago..and it may have been the type or kind of wine, (Riesling) but it gave me an instant headache.

But not drinking my wine was unintentional. I smoked on and off but completely stopped in 2013, and never liked pot/ weed.  It makes me sleep.  Although there are over 4,000 different types of weed so when they come out with one I wanted to try in a gummy I might be so inclined.

My gut is y'all are crazy and deceived.  That may be enough to understand certain personalities.  But I feel that someone such as yourself may have valuable information as to how all of this misinformation took hold.

Take it as a compliment.  I wouldn't bother with a Putin-worshipping troll like Travil.  I am interested in what led you to believe all of this.

The email leak killed any chance she had of Sanders people of truly swinging over.  While it was intended, we didnt know that at the time. It was a really difficult decision.  I know many that just voted for Trump.  Either way..it was a vote for Trump. Makes me sick now.

They have been indoctrinated to hate her, just as they have been indoctrinated to hate all who disagree with them. We are all commies in the propaganda of their Cult of Right-wing Authoritarian Ppersonalities.

The CRAP's war on the truth and democracy is nearly won. Trump is proof.

No woman in history has been targeted so viciously as the decades of constant attacks by far Right propaganda. They have hated her since 1992. When she advocated better health care, she instantly became the enemy of American fascists. That made alone her a commie, you know.

There are enough valid reasons why I don't care for her, but they are grounded in reality, like the Clintons' appeasement by corporatist triangulation.  The sooner Democrats figure out their party needs to represent people over profit, the sooner they will regain power.

Dave Dubya, the US election always comes down to the question 'would you like to be knifed in the gut or have your face smashed in?'
Trump is a dangerous character in many ways, particularly to the Establishment, but also to every human on earth. HRC is probably a bit more dangerous on a global scale, but truly scary when it comes to domestic matters - see Arkancide for a little background on her and her husband. Not someone you want to get on the wrong side of.

LM,
I agree the choice was horrible. So is a one-party dictatorship.

Trump and the theft of the Supreme Court by  Boehner and the Federalist Society will tilt justice toward corporate power, and complete the destruction of equality, democracy, voter rights, and Constitutional regulation of commerce.

George Carlin nailed it before he died, "This country is finished".

Who knows what wars will be started. Iran is in their sights. Trump is emotionally unstable, and no pillar of truth and morality.

I am aware of the long history of the Clintons' corruption and treachery. This is why I called him a Republican Lite, and have no reason to trust them.

I also don't have any respect for their enemies at the many far Right sources in your link. Journalism and objective truth were never their purpose. World Net Daily? Conspiracy mongering has always been pervasive in anti-Clinton propaganda. "Pizzagate", etc.

I've been aware for decades of the inevitable course of our failed republic. I'm just an old spectator, and have no future to lose by watching it collapse. This post-truth era will be the end of civilization as we know it.

At least I can say, "I told you so".

If a leftist wants to attack Trump, then his national security policy is a good place to start.  There are large threats facing humanity.

Plutocrats enjoy the division that identity politics bring about.  This means they can continue their thefts while YOU run around in circles.  They got theirs and screw you is how they think.

There is plenty of common cause between blacks and whites and other types of hominids, despite our differences.

People here know that I point out that there are differences in the races.  Of course there are, evolution has filled its niches.  Even within races there are divisions, so plutocrats will exploit those.  This has been going on forever, as the human race has its psychopaths and lower moral beings, and this is true for all racial groups.

Do you honesty expect me to think that all Negroes are magickal and above approach?  How about Jews?  Are they all perfect as the driven snow?  Whites too.  How about women, are there not retrograde women?  Psychopaths?  We know that a fairly large percentage of the population, maybe 3% are psychopaths.

When are you going to wake up?  Stop being a dupe and  allowing yourself to be played for a fool.

Dave Dubya Added Aug 11, 2018 - 12:06pm
If something is factual, why would the source from which it came be a problem? Good question. It depends on their record of accuracy and intent.

We have to filter through corporate bias as well as political bias, often two of the same. Propaganda sources offer only the facts that are useful for their mission. We should question and verify as much as we can.

Propaganda is the tool promoting the agenda of the elites over the public interest. They are the ones with the greater incentive for deception.

Global warming is factual. It is measurable. Greenhouse gasses are real.

When the Kochs and oil companies hire shills to deny global warming, we should know their intent is political propaganda.

Bill H., no meat on these bone, "Trump is a narcissist dictator. Wake up."  So let me see.  Trump has a 'pen and a phone' like Obama and what happens,  The next president can undue every executive order.  So tell me Bill H.,  You agree that Congress is not a rubber stamp.  It is closer to an dried up ink pad.  How can a complacent not acting congress turn a president into a dictator?  Congress has to put what the dictator wants on his desk and that is not happening.   Without Trump being a dictator, he can be as narcissistic in his tweets all he want but the tweets have no power, I do not care as does the majority of people.  Only the media cares because they have hours of time to fill on the air.  Silence is deadly to them.

WSUCRAM15, You do get it.  deficient spending by W. H. Bush, Obama, and with the Ominbus spending bill signed by Trump, him also is the major cause for INFLATION.   And the labor department has said that wages are stagnant for this time period.  The tea party started under Bush for this reason as well as taxes.   With welfare down and employment up we are in a position to end deficient spending.  But the swamp like a bigger government and that is reflected in spending, both parties vote for bigger government and the swamp makes it worth their effort.

D. Dubya, so if "Veritas  is run by criminal James O'Keefe," that has Planed Parenthood of CA breaking federal law on illegal video in Ca.  No other state will extradite him because.  I wonder why!

Those PHD individual do back up the correlations, Dubya.  We have officials from Democratic administrations that have backed up the correlations.  No one arguers because they can not.  Democrats and Republicans of today continue policies that are racist.  We only need to look at the results in the Black Ghettos of our major cities including Chicago and Baltimore.  Single parent impoverished families receiving welfare is like aid to dependent children stretches back to FDR.  Just part of the correlation.  Note those cities make up the majority of the 57 Counties that Hillary Clinton won.  For some reason 85 years is insufficient to figure out how to improve their lives or they want the dependency, institutional driven slavery.  Those Dixicrats didn't help change the laws in the 60s or any decade afterward.  Hillary chose to put herself in there company.  "Dixi" means the south.   And even Pres. Trump wants to fire   Jefferson Beauregard Sessions but the opposition in the senate is clear, they want their swamp creature in that office.

Dabya my mother-in-law and avid Democrat and Hillary supporter asked me many times but stopped with this one answer.  'I do not vote for criminals.'  This was after the debate where she gave the response time for the president's football as an answer.  Even she know that was a breach of national security as the wife of a veteran of Korea.  And she know party was not important to me in that answer.

You may first wish to brush up on your bedside manner; when you start out your questionnaire by framing your potential respondents as "crazies" and "hate(rs)", you're probably not going to get calm and reasoned answers - except maybe from me.

But i won't go into my usual verbose monologue; instead, you can begin your education by watching these 2 videos:
The Clinton Chronicles
Clinton Cash

There's also an updated version of the first movie:
The Clinton Chronicles 2

The first of the chronicles is from '94; the second, from 2015, if what was posted at youtube in re: the chronology was accurate.

i also did a websearch using these parameters: secret service books hillary clinton, and here is the results page:
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=secret+service+books+hillary+clinton&t=ffab&atb=v98-3&ia=web

i don't honestly expect you to do ANY of this alleged "research" you claim you want, but thought on the off-chance you were even slightly serious, you'd at least want to take a look.

Like a favorite t-shirt slogan i saw not too long ago:
"I'm not a gynecologist, but i'm willin' to take a look."

Lastly, but certainly not leastly, i deny the frame of "crazy," and i deny that i "hate" her; for me, hatred of anyone is a waste of my energy AND has deleterious effects upon my mind, body, and soul.  That said, i certainly have a deep desire to see the phrase literally carved in stone above the entrance to SCOTUS be applied "liberally" to The Liar: "Equal Justice Under Law."

Thomas,
Monetary volume theory is not always correct:

WSUCRAM15, You do get it.  deficient spending by W. H. Bush, Obama, and with the Ominbus spending bill signed by Trump, him also is the major cause for INFLATION.

If goods production goes up at the same rate as the Monetary Base, then there is little/no inflation.  The U.S. and especially China has excess productive capacity.

The Deficit spending from Ominubus is being undone by the FED which is unwinding its books.  I expect the FED to be the next target of Trump, especially since there are supposed to be 7 directors, and only 4 posts are filled.

The effect of unwinding is to deplete one pocket while filling another.

There is a transmission vector to the regular economy, even though debt theory says there isn't one.  So, when FED unwinds (sells its TBills) they don't always stay stuck in bank reserve loops, they find their way to  secondary market.

When this happens the ratio of debt instruments to money increases, lowering inflation (it is deflationary).  At the same time, rate increase by the FED puts downward pressure on new loan formation.

Monetary base can shrink, and goods production can go up - which is likely today's scenario.   There will be some sector inflation where production doesn't follow in accordance with money as demand.

Tariffs on Chinese goods will cause some sector inflation if they cannot be replaced with alternatives.

i learned something new about this site today.
If you go to your profile(by clicking on the username), click on the tab concerning "Comments."  Once the page opens up, one can scroll down to any offending post, click the red "x," and the post will disappear.

What happened with me recently is that i put a paragraph in the wrong place and hit enter - and at that time, i thought there was no way to correct it.

So when i discovered the aforementioned post deletion ability, i first highlighted and "copied" the poorly formed post, then went to another open tab, scanned down to the post i didn't like, clicked the red "X" to delete it, then began a new post, pasting all the previous info on it.  Next, i moved the offending paragraph to where it should've been, and re-entered it.

Woiked like a chahm.

i haven't tried the above with any OTHER poster's posts - and wouldn't delete their stuff even if i could - but suspect that safeguards have been put in place to prevent anyone but the author from deleting their own posts.

I go to all the MSM sites, to see what I'm supposed to believe, then go looking at information from as many different viewpoints as possible. I then look at all the info carefully and as analytically as time allows before believing anything I read. Even then, I'm as skeptical as hell.
Gerrilea, face it, none of the buggers can be trusted. I like a lot of what Ron Paul has to say, but given his supposed beliefs I wonder how he could have stayed in Congress for as long as he did. You can't change a corrupt system from within.

When i pointed out that Binney had first analyze the info Guccifer 2 had, and that Guccifer was Romanian, NOT Russian, i got accused of the usual: authoritarian, Trumpist, easily deceived, wash, rinse, repeat.

The detractors pointed out that none of his former colleagues at the NSA supported his analysis at all, i think i replied saying something like:  "Gee, a whistleblower exposes criminal activity at the NSA, and NSA agents enact revenge.  Quelle suprise!  That NEVER happens!"

The German hyperinflation was due to exchange rate pressures, like all hyperinflation's with the exception of Zimbabwe.

Under Dawes plan the Reichsbank had been privatized, and they allowed subsidiary private banks to print marks.

Whenever there is a shorting event, also called a bear raid, new money is loaned into existence to cover the short.

Germany was under exchange rate pressure due to the triangular flow of money from Germany to England/France to U.S. Treasury.   This was to pay for war time debts.  France especially was put on a debt hook.

Germany also borrowed money by issuing muni bonds which were monetized in dollars, and this event grew with usury also, to then exacerbate the exchange rate pressure.

Is it possible that maybe you don't know things as well as you think you do.  Most people also don't know the truth about hyperinflations and their underlying reasons.

With the case of Zimbabwe, all of the white farmers were killed off, so there was too much money as demand relative to what was produced.  Also it came under exchange rate pressure as it was no longer Rhodesia and became a poor place to invest.

I don't know about the others, but things are not always as they seem, and the narrative you (me too) have been taught since birth is often bull.

To get OUT OF THE HYPERINFLATION, the Reichsbank came back under Chancelor control and Schacht took control.

You have it backwards, it was privateers that caused the hyperinflation along with debts, and it was government intervention to issue Rentenmarks and do exchange rate controls and also slam heads together to stop the "hyperinflation."

Yes, sometimes government runs amok, but that doesn't change the fact that government has a role, and the money power especially is law, and hence is part of government.

About a year ago or more, I bought three Black Lives Matter T-shirts from Oakland, but they turned out to be printed on thin cotton.  So I found some higher quality, thick cotton Ts from New Jersey.  I only bought three.  So I have one I care for lovingly.  One I gave to my best friend.  And one in the drawer as a collector's item.

When I first started wearing them a year ago last Winter, I got lots of encouragement and impromptu conversations with black people around town.  People were genuinely surprised.  It's still my trademark.  But no one ever seems to say anything anymore.

Complete agreement, here.  Some call them the Shadow Government, some call them the Deep State, some say they're members of the Continuity of Government program - the names are interchangeable, synonymous.  The crimes, legion.  i've found it fascinating, in a macabre way, that whistleblowers like Binney, Manning, and Snowden can reveal tens of thousands of FELONY CRIMES by USG agents, yet not a one so revealed has been so much as arrested, yet, much less prosecuted.  This sad fact simply confirms them in their criminality, condones it, and encourages it.

Is it any wonder that wars start?  In a nuclear world, it is better to find the perpetrators than incinerate the planet.

IMO, the Statists have allied themselves with the NWO/OWG cretins, and they've been not only starting wars, but financing both sides for several centuries now, as their corporations make obscene profits during them, not only from war material, but hospital supplies, etc.  IIRC, it wasn't long ago that Trump made the observation that "global warming" was nothing compared to "nuclear warming," and that the prevention of the latter was a commonsense priority.

Have you ever heard of another whistleblower, Kevin Shipp?  Ex-CIA.  If you ever have a couple of hours you need to kill, visit the link; the info he supplies is directly on-point to this tangent.  Perhaps unsurprisingly, he's an unabashed supporter of Trump.  I doubt VERY much that any anti-Trumpist posters here will deign to so much as watch, much less let themselves be informed concerning the vast quantities of felonies our alleged "sworn public servants" have been engaging in, and for DECADES, to boot.  If you've never heard of the Georgia Guidestones, you may find their message to be quite informative, especially insofar as the population levels they advise, and what they portend for a lot of human beings.

You will find many of the authors here at WB steeped in false legend and hypnosis.  This is normal considering our western environment has mostly been Alice in Wonderland for many centuries.  People take their cues from their environment, and only the most intellectually rigorous will look behind the curtain.

You will get called Nazi, conspiracy theorist, and other ad-homimens in order to be shut down.  All of these claims by your detractors will be evidence free.  When you do present evidence, it will be denounced and so on.

This gets back to my premise that many people will hold onto their shibboleths no matter what.  The Blue pill is tasty.  Also, an extremely jaundiced view of some of humanity is a step to far for them as well.  You especially cannot point out faults in people groups like Jews or Blacks, or any other deemed "protected class" or the feigned outrage huffing puffing and name calling will begin.

Dave,
I am 100% empirical.   If evidence and facts don't align, I reject the theory.

With regard to Trump's lies, there is no doubt there.  He tactically lies constantly.  I've noticed the lies, the retreats, then he re-applies again on the same pressure points.  This is empirically obvious.

With regards to pizzagate, you are going to have to come to grips with the many thousands of sealed indictments, the New York Police getting physically ill, and other realities that must fit any narrative to have semblance of truth.  The Weiner laptop, the DC server ... all of these things are hidden from our view.  Why?

With regards to the white nationalists, their main thrust seems to be "living space" for white people, the same as is given to Japanese or Chinese without question.  Only white countries are to be invaded by peeples from the southern latitudes.  Why the double standard?  This seems to be a rational question to somebody looking at empirical facts.  Why are you for having white nations invaded?

So, the name calling and ad-homimens just plain won't work on a segment of the population, who are highly rational, like me.

Being highly rational and MORAL at the same time is not mutually exclusive.  I've noticed that liberal ad hominem flingers and name callers are on the wrong side of history, and their policies often lead to murder and death.

But, of course if you lap up MSM narrative and don't think for yourself, then you only regurgitate your hypnosis.

One of the most persistent and pernicious canards we hear about Third World invaders of White lands is that if given a chance to settle they’ll become ‘just like us’, law-abiding and productive. So why aren’t they like that in their home countries? Ah, that would be because they have to ‘endure’ high levels of crime and corruption there. And who are the instigators of said crime and corruption? Well, unless unknown interlopers are making daring nightly raids  across their borders then their own people are to blame.
The overwhelming majority of illegal immigrants to the USA are from Latin America and that region is one of the world’s worst in terms of the murder, poverty and corruption upon which lie a flimsy and delusional patina of democracy.

The plain fact of the matter is that the MSM is Jewish owned.  This is a fact, and further, there is now an attack on any "right wing" narrative by de-platforming.

These are undeniable facts, yet people have to keep bringing up Nazis or flinging ad-homiems and making accusations to then shut down dissent.

Of course if the news is all lies, if journalism is all lies, if obvious facts are obfuscated, nothing will get through to you.

Like this gem:

I already told you that Koch's are being kicked out of the Republican party

Apart from tariffs, the Koch/Trump agenda is nearly identical.

Pence has long been in the Kochs' pockets. Koch cronies are throughout the Trump Administration.

NOT counting issue ads, pro- Kavanaugh ads, and lobbying, the Kochs are supporting a long list of Republicans.

 https://www.opensecrets.org/orgs/recips.php?id=d000000186

From Mother Jones:
Public Citizen—a vocal critic of Trump that has filed several lawsuits against his administration—counts 44 different Trump administration officials who have close links to the Kochs and their sprawling network.

That list starts at the top of the administration—Vice President Mike Pence is a longtime ally of the Kochs—and includes senior and junior figures throughout the White House and the various agencies overseeing the functioning of the government. Marc Short, the White House’s point man on dealing with Congress, is a former president of Freedom Partners Chamber of Commerce, the political nerve center of the Koch network. White House Counsel Don McGahn represented Koch-backed groups in private practice. CIA Director Mike Pompeo—rumored to be the next secretary of state—represented the Kansas district where Koch Industries was headquartered, giving him the nickname “the congressman from Koch.”

Then there are the dozens of lesser-known yet still influential administration jobs filled by Koch alumni. A few examples:

Eli Miller, chief of staff to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, used to work for the Ohio affiliate of Americans for Prosperity, the Kochs’ quasi-grassroots group.

Alex Fitzsimmons, a senior adviser at the Energy Department working on renewable energy, previously worked as a spokesman for the Koch-backed Fueling US Forward, a pro-fossil fuel outfit run by a former industry lobbyist.

Adam Kissel, a former program officer at the Charles Koch Foundation and an outspoken critic of the Education Department’s handling of campus sexual assault under Title IX, got a job overseeing higher ed issues at the Education Department.

It should come as no surprise that, as Public Citizen’s report documents, the Kochs’ deregulatory wish list has become something of a blueprint for the Trump administration. In January, Freedom Partners released a two-page document titled “A Roadmap to Repeal,” which outlined nearly 20 deregulatory policy moves the new administration could undertake. As Public Citizen notes, the bulk of those actions—including an exit from the Paris climate accords, the repeal of an Obama executive order that blocked new leases for coal mining, and steps to end the EPA’s historic Clean Power Plan—have been undertaken by Trump and his administration.

That website you linked gives some powerful cues as to what really drives your erratic way of thinking.  That Irish Savant is fucking scary.  I felt dirty for clicking on it.  I don't generally frequent hardcore conspiracy websites, but just upon casually looking around that's got to be the the Jew-hatingest, conspiracy theory spreadingest, holocaust denyingest, xenophobic white supremacist website I have ever seen.  I feel like clearing my cookies to decontaminate my computer.

Shame on you for reading that drivel.  And yet you cling to your precious sense of superiority over those who would recoil in horror at your offensive political and racial views.

It was a satirical parody of what MEFO always tells me... to open up my mind.  Actually, I feel that I am well-informed.  I also strive to build bridges and understand those with world views that differ with my own.  But there is a limit.  There are boundaries.

Opening up your mind to lies and insanity has no benefit.

I've stated it before.  Blatant anti-Semitism is a poison and without redeeming value.  Racial thought which is reminiscent of the discredited science of eugenics is wasted thought without scientific or social value.  I have stated before that I would be happy to talk to MEFO about just about anything else.  But it's always the same thing.  No matter what anyone else is talking about, for him it's always the Jewish-dominated media or something about the relative value of educating races of unequal intellectual potential.  Or something about persecuted white populations or brown people invading, "white," countries.

It's frightening to imagine what he must talk about with his closer white supremacist buddies.

If he could use his powerful intellect on something less destructive, I would be happy to hear it.  After the last few days and attempts, I think I am wasting my time.  It's just his thing.  He can't change.  I can't help but wonder why you and Pardero seem to admire him???

I think that's right interesting, but potentially a dumb move on Trump's part.  What i perceive he did there was to throw down a figurative gauntlet, and make a pair of brothers(and probably a large number of their friends and employees, too) even angrier at him than before.
One of the 'proverbial'(though not in the Book of Proverbs) sayings i'm  aware of goes something like this: "In proportion to one's wealth will one's anger be multiplied."  Maybe Trump thinks he can use some part of the USG to help him "win" against the Koch brothers, as well, but if he tries that - that is, to use public office and his power as Commander-in-Chief - to triumph over private sector enemies, it will not be good for the president OR the country, whether Trump defeats them or not.  Trump's enemies will REJOICE at the possibility of him screwing up by the abuse of the presidential powers.
Flying Junior Added Aug 12, 2018 - 11:58pm
I'll bite, Logical Man,

Anti-Semitism includes more than simple prejudice against Jews.  Of course it can mean prejudice or bias against Jews.  It includes virulent condemnation and blaming of Jews for all manner of society's ills.  In its extreme incarnation it can include violence, persecution or death.

But normally it is much more subtle.  I think that it is fair to say that simply lumping all, "Jews," into one category and assigning them characteristics which they are supposed to demonstrate as a group, rather than individuals is inherently wrong.  In its simplest and perhaps most innocent forms, one might simply observe that many in the entertainment industry have been Jewish.  Historically this is true, going back to Vaudeville and Tin Pan Alley.  Irving Berlin and George Gershwin were of Jewish families.  The Marx Brothers were the sons of Jewish immigrants.  Carl Reiner, Sid Caesar, Mel Brooks.  Sometimes it seems like all of the greats were Jewish.

But when you begin to assign negative characteristics to a media that is supposedly owned and controlled by Jews, to me that is extremely dangerous.

Neither do I like this constant propaganda rant from MEFO about Zionists and horrible and dreadful connections between this shadowy group and the worst elements of the MIC in the UK and the U.S.A.  To me it is dangerous conspiracy theory and nothing more than fodder for stoking the fires of hatred for Jews.

A Zionist really is not a legitimate definition of any living person.  Perhaps it is used occasionally to describe right-wing Likud party members in alliance with Netanyahu and Menachem Begin before him.  But I find this to be a misnomer.  Any other use of the term tends to serve the purpose of ginning up hatred, suspicion and blame.

Jews have traditionally been maligned across Europe and certainly in the U.S.  Prejudice against Jews was not so subtle in the first half of the twentieth century.   Covenants prevented the selling of real estate to Jews until quite recently.  The KKK persecuted not only blacks, but also Jews and Catholics.  Protestants mocked Jews, calling them, "The Chosen People."

It is my firm belief that people, regardless of their races and religious affiliations deserved to be judged as individuals and not condemned as an undesirable group such as the Jews.

Also, many times MEFO has mocked myself and others as if we put Jews up on a pedestal and were unwilling to see any faults, using the tired cliché of, "pure as the driven snow," as if our regard for various Jews made us blind to any possible transgressions committed by any Jews.

I say fight it every time it is encountered.  This creeping racism and intolerance has no place in our political discourse or shared heritage.

Flying Junior-
i'm with you on the anti-semite thing, just as i won't associate with bigots or racists of any stripe, for they all have one thing in common: the blanket condemnation of an entire group of people, often because they're simply enjoying whatever form of supremacy they wish to embrace...similar, in many ways, to those who form opinions and stick to them in the face of evidence to the contrary.

In every group of people, there are good and bad; my suggestion for bigots and racists and anti-semites who no longer wish to be thought of that way is to just point out the specific people that are hate-worthy, describe the crimes they have committed (or are alleged to have committed), and why they should either be shunned, locked up, or killed outright.  But to say that because Whites enjoy White Privilege that all white people should be hated, despised, and treated like Nazis is one of the most transparently obvious forms of racism there can be.  It is absolutely no different than those in the 50's and 60's who used racial epithets against black people for no other reason than prejudiced assumptions about them as a group.

Any other position, to me, is intellectually lazy and dishonest, de minimus, and abhorrent to the point of revulsion and/or hatred of the hater, at most.

That said, i have offered my opinions on multiple subjects, and have often been proven wrong.  Though i don't particularly LIKE being proven wrong, in order to remain true to the Truth, my opinions must therefore be revised to conform to the Truth.
For example, most recently, i'd read that Mew-ler(who i dislike for very good reasons, many of which can be found with a websearch of "Gohmert Mueller Unmasked) had refused to provide Elliot(the presiding judge in the Manafort trial) with the lawful scope of his delegated authority, suggesting that the case itself might be tossed if he did not provide it.  i asserted that he had not, when in fact, he had indeed presented the documentation to the judge, in secret("en camera," i believe it's called in "legal language"); the judge allowed the trial to proceed, therefore it seems logical to presume that he was indeed delegated the authority to stray far, far from the generally-perceived scope of his power, which has been alleged to be about the Trump collusion with Russians to win the election, and any potential obstruction of justice on Trump's part in re: the firing of the Comey Criminal Clown.

So, short story is i told everyone on that thread that i was wrong.  That happens, when you're honest, you know?

Earlier, i'd often opined that Trump should stop calling it a "Witch Hunt," but a "Snipe Hunt," because there are no such thing as snipe.  An astute observer linked to a Wiki article proving that there are indeed birds called snipe, so yep, again i was wrong and again i apologized for my earlier misstatement, not only making the retraction but deleting the post containing errant statement.

No true wisdom can be obtained or RE-tained without humility...and according to Christ, we - all of us - face only two possible outcomes in life: humble ourselves, or BE humbled.  The former hurts less than the latter, but it only hurts commensurate to the degree we have held onto falsehood - and the length of time invested in believing the lie - before we finally admit to the Truth.

Like with Trump; as MEFOBILLS notes, it is obvious that Trump not only lies, but does so often.  Most of the time, as best i can tell, these lies are strategic in nature.  One great example of this was when he called Democrats to the WH to discuss what they wanted insofar as gun control.  He led them to believe he was going to fulfill their wildest fantasies, and let them ensnare themselves by confessing they wanted ALL the guns, THEN stated unequivocally that he'd NEVER do anything against the 2nd, which not only chagrined the Democrats(i remember Dianne Feinstein grinning an evil grin and rubbing her hands together with glee during the meeting before Trump's hammer fell) and exposed them for the Oath-breaking criminals they are(no sworn gov't employee can work to dismantle ANY PART of the Supreme Law without violating their oath, aka felony perjury), but affirmed Trump as an Oath-KEEPER, something most Americans - especially Veterans - deeply admire about the man.

So, some questions:
What do you mean by "handler," and just how did you come by this knowledge?
Which "lies" are you referring to, here?  Some specificity would be good.
i'm always glad to write the truth.  Being human, i make errors - but to compound the error by NOT conforming to the truth just makes one not only an idiot, but a stubborn, DETERMINED idiot...akin to "Some people are born stupid; others feel the need to practice as often as possible," perhaps.

To me, one is only lying when they KNOW that what they're about to say is a falsehood before they write or say it.  IMO, such people are worthy of contempt, and if they damage the life of another, should be held accountable by being sued and losing.

Some seem to think that libel and slander aren't crimes any longer - they are very much crimes, and should REMAIN so - it's just difficult to prove damages in a suit at law unless you know the rules of evidence ahead of time, so that things can be documented properly and witnesses to testify as to lost income/revenue/other damages gathered.

That is an excellent way to look at the world.   There is an entire corpus of work called "holocaust revisionism."

Revisionist historians have exactly the same viewpoint as you "show me the facts."  That is what they do.  They unearth new facts and try to fit it into a narrative.

The official narrative has a lot of propaganda hang over, which then became legend.  Propagandists post WW2 did not bother to retract or correct their war time messaging.   Yes, governments lied during the war, to then whip up their populations into a frenzy and paint the "other" as evil.

You of all people, should know this rings true.

Here is Irving talking about this very thing in his discussion on his book Churchill's war.

The Heartland Institute helped fund some of Watts' projects, including publishing a report on the Surface Stations project, and has invited him to be a paid speaker at its International Conference on Climate Change from 2008 to 2014.

Actually, the project revealed the fraud, that NOAA, NASA, et al have been engaged in.  Surface temperature data is genuinely "flawed", at the minimum.  We went from 4600 weather stations positioned throughout the US to less than 1500.  And the more stations they took down, the "higher" the recorded temperatures went.

The survey of their positioning was crucial for me.  Picture after picture showed most of them were in urban areas, some were even next to HVAC exhaust systems!

That Said... MEFO--- There may not be records for an "official government policy" but that doesn't mean they didn't know Hitler's desires and act accordingly.

Seriously, does the US have a written policy to enslave blacks in modern-day plantations, ie prisons? Nope.  It was touted as "Taking A Bite Out Of Crime"!  The 3 Strikes Your Out Law did the same thing...imprison millions of black men.  Add these into the "targeted policing" of poor black neighborhoods and you see the institutional racism many rally against today.

So I find your argument untenable...just because there is no "official statement or statute" doesn't mean they didn't intentionally target Jewish people and other "undesirables".

Wow. What is his point, other than solidarity with the tiki torch gang?My father-in-law was with the Third Army when they liberated Buchenwald. But what did he know? He only witnessed it firsthand. But Herr MEFOBILLS knows the real story. Yessiree.

That's funny, My father in law was with the 442'nd and he liberated camps too .  His story is one reason why I don't believe the official narrative.  Perhaps some things happened at Buchenwald, but that doesn't make the totality of the story correct.  I had to pull info out of my father in law and he would get mad, saying there were people other than Jews in the camps.  In other words, he doesn't like having smoke blown up his ass, but he keeps quiet about it.

This is called "exception makes the rule illogic" which is rampant here at WB.  Exceptions don't make the rule.  People don't critically think, they were never taught.

Oh, but my friend told me this, or I met this one person.  That is not good science, it is anecdotal.  It may be correct in one instance.

That Said... MEFO--- There may not be records for an "official government policy" but that doesn't mean they didn't know Hitler's desires and act accordingly.

I believe this is correct.  The episode in the Baltics, where German's were executing Jews Russian style (to the back of the head with a bullet) is one of the few known documented cases.  In that case, the lower level were acting on their own.  This was toward the end of the war when Havarra was breaking down.

Those documents show that the lower level people were deathly afraid that Hitler might find out, and THEY would be executed.

This is what I mean by totality, you have some bit of information and then there are supporting bits.  They can be found in diaries or in signal intelligence and other places that normal historians don't bother with.

By the way, the German's couldn't sustain the Russian style executions as the German soldiers wouldn't do it after awhile.  It was too monstrous for them.

There are no documents that support Hitlers desires to execute jew.  There is more evidence that Jews were in the SS, remained in banking, and the main goal of Nazism was divorce - not death.  Zion worked with the Nazis, to then get their "country."

This is too much for normies to handle, as they have been fed a steady diet of BS that doesn't stand up to scrutiny.

By the way Gerrilea, your assertions about blacks in America is easily verified by supporting documents, of which don't exist in the Nazi case.

In America it IS the case, that blacks were kept down on purpose to remain as wage slaves.

It is also the case that Blacks have moved backwards in America with Liberal orthodoxy.  The WEB Dubois vs Booker T. Washington episode is when this happened.

LogicalMan-
FP,
If someone called me an idiot and it went to court would I have to prove that I'm not or would the other side have to prove that I am?
Depends on who's suing who, or whether there was a criminal charge involved; for example, if you were suing whoever called you an idiot for slander, first you'd have to prove that he did it, and second, you'd have to prove exactly how you were damaged, if you hope to COLLECT damages.  And your burden of proof standard is only to "a preponderance of the evidence."  But the answer you may be pushing for - whether or not the defendant has to prove you're an idiot or if you, as plaintiff, have to prove you aren't, is really moot.  Neither point would have to be proved, whether civilly or criminally, just whether or not it happened and the damages involved.

OTOH, if you got the guy Criminally charged with slander, the prosecuting attorney would first have to agree to take the case(the chances of which are VERY slim, even if you believe you have a slam-dunk), then again, as the complainant, you'd have to prove not only by a "preponderance of the evidence" that he did it, but also "beyond a reasonable doubt and to a moral certainty" that he did it.  The sentencing would be up to the judge if the defendant waived his right to a jury trial - or by the unanimous verdict of the jury.

If I was a member of a group the judge didn't like would that make a difference?
It shouldn't, as the judge is required by law to be an impartial trier of facts - but if bias becomes evident, as sometimes happens, you'll need to make every objection possible so that his decision - in case it's not in your favor - can be overturned on appeal.  If you happen to forget some point in your favor by not objecting to it at the time, you're screwed, at least as to that particular point.

Many things are lawful yet illegal. Many innocents suffer at the hands of the 'legal' system and many of the guilty get to skate.
Trick assumption?  Many things are "legal" but not "lawful," that's certain; don't see as how something could be lawful(de jure) and yet be illegal, though, unless you may be making an extremely vague allusion to "public policy."

Ever try going against a large corporation?
I haven't.

They have way more cash for lawyers than any individual and use that to get away, literally, with murder.

MEFOBILLS keeps saying stuff the tiki torch people say.

"Why has no official documents been found?"

The camps were found. Graves were found.

The question would be why did they issue “final solution” orders verbally instead of in writing? The answer is they knew it would be evidence of their intent to commit war crimes and genocide.

Their actions showed the reality.

Now the question is why would someone want to ameliorate the crimes of the “final solution”?

He admits Germans executed Jews, but wants to nitpick the numbers for some reason. It was considered a "waste of ammunition" to shoot Jews, so they began using carbon monoxide and Zykoln B.

What is his point? Why does he want to diminish the Nazis' crimes against humanity?

All those "anecdotes", from all those camps, mean nothing to him. Instead he prefers to see Jews conspiring with Nazis.

there were people other than Jews in the camps. Yes. But this is not the question is it?

By the way, the German's couldn't sustain the Russian style executions as the German soldiers wouldn't do it after awhile.  It was too monstrous for them.  Bullshit. Too monstrous for a few, perhaps. It was the regular activity of the Einsatzgruppen.

Germans executed civilians all the time as well as allied POWs in Russia, Normandy and in December 1944 in the Ardennes. The SS wiped out a small town in France in reprisal for a partisan action. Why would anyone wonder why there were no written orders for these atrocities?

OK, that's fine.   A revisionist historian would incorporate that new data into the corpus of knowledge, to then get a better picture.

What the holocaust supporters do is say "you must accept this narrative, and if you don't we will jail you."  Or, it can devolve to violence, if you don't accept the official narrative, we will kill you.  It is anti-free speech, and anti-intellectual.

Nobody rational can deny that is what is going on.  There are laws on the books that prevent honest inquiry.

Let's let the fact's speak for themselves.  Holocaust revisions need to happen so we don't lie to ourselves.

Making claims like "Tiki Torch" is just more ad-hominem flinging, a low level sort of argument.

Dave,
The point is that the holocaust supporters always devolve you "you are hitler" meme to then shut down dissent.

Suppose the historic american nation doesn't like immigration, especially because they weren't asked.  Then the claim will be "oh you must be Hitler and Racist" so shut up and take it.

Even you, with the Tiki Torch bull crap are attempting to "paint a villain" to then quell dissent or intellectual inquiry.  He is a nazi ergo nothing he says matters.  See how that works?

The plain fact of the mater is that the holocaust story is full of holes and people like you defend the official narrative.  Why?  If there is a bunch of lying going on, you should be for getting at the bottom of it.  Anything less is dishonest.  Why are you against honest inquiry?

Many (most) of the eyewitness accounts put out by our Jewish friends have been debunked already.  There are serious questions about the holocaust story that are being ignored because you cannot talk about it because of people like you who pounce and make claims, as well as the law which jails any dissenter.

Talk about an Orwelian police state.  Nobody can do any thought crime.

Tucker Carlson’s white supremacist advocate guest Mark Steyn said. “The white supremacists are American citizens. The illegal immigrants are people who shouldn’t be here.” (Steyn is Canadian, but who cares. He’s angry and white, like all Fox fans.)

Carlson, deflecting from Trump taking a knee to Putin, whined  "I don't think Russia is our close friend or anything like that. I think of course they try to interfere in our affairs. They have for a long time. Many countries do. Some more successfully than Russia, like Mexico, which is routinely interfering in our elections by packing our electorate."

Where is the evidence?  AS Carlson points out in his video, (see the video above) it is pure frothing at the mouth emotional diatribe on your part, that is evidence free.  You have been spun up by the MSM which FACT is owned by Jews ( 5 of the 6 media companies).
Being spun up so easily means that leftist are emotional, and can be manipulated like little girls.  This is no surprise, and seems to be a common theme in my discussions with leftists.  All of the girlish behavior comes from the baser brain functions; emotion serves in the place of logic. I suspect there is something wrong with the brain in a significant part of population.

Also, FACT, much of the holocaust narrative has been debunked, while American and Russian or Jewish (Holodomor) atrocities get a pass.  Why?  Do you have an agenda?  OOPs, did I offend you with the fact that perhaps our Jewish special people may be capable of doing their own atrocities?  Perhaps the Russian experiences at the bloody hands of the Cheka and an estimated 20 million killed at the hands of the Jews (primarily in gulags) should be a discussion?

Every group does atrocities.  Perhaps we should be talking about the negro murder rate against whites, or perhaps the killing of white farmers in South Africa?

Nope, those subjects will be taboo in your narrow little world.  They aren't good talking points about the eviiiil white man.

The Nazi official narrative is mostly crap, with legend having been made permanent in little brains.  It is very hard to undo a lie, as people don't want to put out the mental effort.

From personal experience I absolutely KNOW that the police will ignore any attempt to go up against a bank, even when fraud is proven to any reasonable level of evidence. Likewise judges. 10 years research and multiple afadavits..... crickets.
A case taken to local police regarding bank fraud - we have no jurisdiction, try provincial police - we have no jurisdiction, try the federal police - we have no jurisdiction, try the local police.
Put together more evidence, take it to the cops and ask why nothing happened the first time - we're investigating why we didn't investigate the first report - I shit you not.
Sure, the system is fair.
At least with common law you get to face your accuser directly and don''t have to pay for a lawyer to play lawyers' games with you as the main piece.
An interesting thought, just for fun.
Lawyers, who make their lives the understanding of the 'legal' system have to specialize in different areas of 'law' as the subject is too big for a lawyer to understand all of it, yet you and I, who can't even think about spending a similar amount of time studying the 'law' are bound by all of them, as 'ignorance of the law is no excuse'

From what the youarelaw.org folks have to say, i've gleaned that if/when you appear in court, you must first deny several presumptions the court will have about you, which stand until rebutted...but if you read Ward Tipton's thread on the subject, you'll be better informed.

All that said, did you actually read my reply in re: judges and their bias?  In point of fact, i just learned how to control judges in courts, and that's by the knowledge of relevant appellate court decisions.  The wag put it as "Appeals courts show their contempt for lower courts."  Generally, judges despise having their decisions overturned.  Makes 'em look bad in the eyes of their fellows, you know.

I see I spun up the grievance crowd with what is a real category.
Race Realists is a branch of science that has been around for awhile now...   Those of you who do not know this, maybe it is news.

Basically, you take each racial category and apply statistics.  IQ would be one category, crime rates would be another, testosterone level, cranium size, bone density, fecundity, child mortality, rate of growth.

Basically any category that can have enough data is examined.

OK, this is basic anthropology stuff that goes on in University and has spilled out into the general consciousness.

If all of a sudden, the sun got hotter, or there was global warming, then negroes, with their darker skin, would be at an evolutionary advantage.

Sorry if people get butt-hurt by science.  Not my problem if you are a Luddite and see a Nazi behind every tree.

By the way, it isn't Nazi's who are today's "globalists" causing war and mass immigration.  It isn't Nazi's who are screwing over labor and outsourcing jobs.  Last time I checked it wasn't Nazi's buying up the press, to then hypnotize us with bull shit.

Dave,

All humans have a dual nature.  They have to pick.  I choose the side of morality.

I disagree with Nazi's who would go around killing people, in the same way I disagree with Leftists/Stalinists/Antifa who go around advocating violence and kill kill kill.

By the way, in case you missed it, leftism is the most murderous of all "ideologies."

If populations need to segregate, there are peaceful ways to do it, say for example paying to deport.  Another way is building fences and not immigrating in dystopia.  Low IQ immigrants who then advocate to take over is guaranteed to lead to conflict and bloodshed.

If the races are different enough (as evolution predicts) then we can find some common cause based on these differences.  Where they are too different, then segregation is a good answer.

For example, if blacks are known to have violent tendencies due to excess testosterone and genes, then segregation is probably a better answer than pretending that "we are all the same" and then suffering the consequences (very high black on white crime).

Why are you against allowing blacks to have their own neighborhoods and are for gentrifying?  They hate it - and think you liberals are the lowest scum on earth.

If Jews have a tendency to operate as an in-group, to then dispossess their host societies, then should't Jews be treated accordingly rather than making excuses "we are all the same."

OK?  It is provable beyond any shadow of doubt that Jews do and have historically dispossessed their host population, and this is one animating factor that made Nazi's CHOOSE the worst side of their dual nature.  The Germans found their country had been bought out from underneath them and they had been undermined in the same way American's are waking up and finding out the same thing.  The end result will be the same if you don't wake up.

In the same way, you have to decide.  When you become a flamer throwing Nazi bombs, with an attempt to stop discussion, or force a narrative that is a lie, then you are on the wrong side of history.

Already the Chinese are doing gene research to find those genes that make for genius, or violence, etc.  They intend on genetically engineering their population.

Those of you who continue to ignore the science will be left behind looking backward at the Nazis forever in your grievance bubble.  Your progeny will not survive the coming world, because you are too lacking in reason and let emotion drive you as if you are a child.  You are too easy to spin up with false narratives out of alignment with today's reality.    Dupes.

It is ok to say we don't know, but the evidence cannot be ignored.  The evidence is that the races are different.

This will really spin up the grievance crowed.  There are obvious differences between dog breed and large behavior differences.  Yet, the genes have large commonality.  Do you get mad at your water-breed because he likes to be in the water?

At this point it's obvious. It's clearly okay with you if we kill brown children in the Middle East so long as you can claim everyone else is a racist Nazi!

Then we get into Bush II fake "evidence" to invade Iraq and steal their natural resources, costing the US taxpayer over $5 TRILLION dollars. To his & Goldman Sach's collusion to steal billions more through the collapse. To his shredding that "damn piece of paper".

Then we have Obama, he codified that shredding of Bush II and made all those "tax breaks" permanent....THEY COST US ANOTHER $2 TRILLION!  He went on to attack 7 nations and killed millions in the Middle East.

AGAIN, it's obvious.  You're okay if we kill brown people in other nations so long as you can sit in an Ivory Tower yelling and screaming everyone's a racist Nazi!

Pfft!!

Trump didn't bring us to this point, YOU DID.

Here's yet another - fascism.  Most people cannot even define what this word means.  Yet, they have been hypnotized to have an emotional reaction.

This is the world we live in, people who have been conditioned and hypnotized, who never bother to REALLY examine what it is they are saying and doing, and why.

Even the N word.  Blacks can use it, buy white people cannot.  That is CONDITIONING.  You have been programmed.

Gerrilea,
Dave D--- PLUEASE...what you smokin'???  You wish to smear every American whom doesn't agree with you as a Nazi, racist, bigot, sexist homophobic, etc, etc, etc. No, sweetie. That's neither what I said, nor what I "wish".  You are emotionally reacting to what you incorrectly perceive what I wrote.

You are generally correct about the recent history of presidents betraying the people in service to the elites. Trade agreements like NAFTA cut both ways. There were benefits and losses. Automation replaced more jobs than those that moved to Mexico. And trade with China cost more jobs than NAFTA.

Obama "made all those tax breaks permanent". Not for the rich. But Trump gave even greater cuts for the rich and made them permanent for corporations. And you're more angry with Obama?

Trump continues the drone killings and proxy bloodshed around the world too. And you're more angry with Obama?

Trump is sabre rattling with Iran and you're more angry with Obama?

Trump bent the knee to Putin and you're more angry with Obama?

Trump didn't bring us to this point, YOU DID. Time for your medication, sweetie.

MEFOBILLS,
I bet you use the N word all the time.

Dave,

I have a good friend "Reggie" who is black and allows me to use it with him.  He always busts out in laughter when I do.  He thinks it is funny as shit.

Otherwise I don't with blacks that don't know me well.  Why?  Because it offends blacks and is intended to demean them.

Why is it that you think understanding the black nature is the same thing as denying them their humanity.  Blacks are humans and God's creatures in the same way the Jews are.  Some of my favorite people are Jews, especially those who have left the mind fuck disease that is Talmudism.  These are the best people in the world.

I'm firmly convinced that liberalism is a mental disease, there is something wrong with your brain functions.  You cannot grapple with reality, but instead retreat into shibboleths.

You also want to corral everybody into a category, because that is "easy" and simple, because simple minds can only do simple things.

You are even unwilling to believe there is something called race realism, instead you want to re-define it to racism.

Also,
Trump didn't bend at the knee to Putin -- that is you projecting something that doesn't exist.

Trump lies, retreats and then applies pressure to the same pressure point.  He retreats but does not bend at the knee.  He is an alpha male that doesn't even listen to his own advisors.

Obama was a beta male who went along to get along, and HE BENT AT THE KNEE to his handlers.

The Military Industrial Complex is almost a $1T entity, it needs an enemy, and that enemy is Russia.  $1T is 1000 Billion.   A billion is 1000 million.   $1T is more than all but about 16 economies in the world.

Obama's handler when he first went into the white house was the Jew, Rham Emanuel.  Can I say that, or are you going to jump me for being an anti-semite, because we cannot say the truth whenit comes to Jews?

This is how you guys are, you are self proclaimed controllers of free speech, but in reality you are brain washed slaves.

Dave D-- You have nothing.  I laid out how we got to this point in a letter I wrote almost 2 yrs ago and just recently posted here.

After the Bush Criminal Cabal, I could have never dreamed of seeing another Republican in office, anywhere.  Clinton, Bush and Obama's records speak volumes.

I want peace.  Trump has met with foreign leaders, from North Korea and Russia and has KEPT the peace.  AND I'm supposed to be angry with that?

Sorry hon, I'm not a "neo-liberal" or a neo-con".

Bush and Obama transformed our foreign policy from "war as the last option" to "war is the only option".  NO thanks.

Yes Trump just released funds for the mercenaries called "white helmets" and don't get me wrong, he's a bastard for it.

His pick for AG, Sessions and then Sessions "restoring" asset forfeiture IS TREASON. And his "war on pot" is pure insanity.

And you're wrong, Obama's budget deal made 82% of Bush's tax cuts PERMANENT!

MEFOBILLS Added Aug 16, 2018 - 12:37pm
Trump is also a retard when it comes to Iran.

Many of Trumps moves have to be understood in the context of the swamp, and the creatures he is surrounded with.  Hence the tactical retreats.

For example, the new MIC defense bill has "killer' riders in it that force a confrontation with Russia.  When Trump signed the bill, he said he was going to ignore those aspects of it.

Trump signals he reserves the right to

With regards to the Drone killing, that can't stop overnight either, especially when Trump has not consolidated power.

The Mueller investigation is still ongoing and the Oligarchy is still attacking and trying to impeach.
Gerrilea Added Aug 16, 2018 - 3:19pm
Mefo--  You ARE correct on how we've been conditioned to think, when you label someone, you don't have to get to know who they are because you've already assumed you know.

If you are "white", you have white privilege and have oppressed "blacks" and is a "generic" term to mean you've oppressed all sorts of minorities AND you desire to keep on doing it and YOU MUST feel guilty for it. The "white" person is so evil they CAN'T even see how racist they really are, most of the time.

If you are "black", you will always be a victim of the "white man".  Leading this society to push it's citizenry into a competition to see whom amongst us are the most oppressed and victimized.  You must be handled very tenderly because you're so broken, fragile and so incompetent and incapable for your own well being that we must provide for you through all eternity.

That about sums it up.

NOW, are there genetic differences that identify each and every one of us? Yep.   Can a person whom has brown eyes understand what "my people, with blue eyes" sees? Can they understand or see the subtle shades of green or blue that I do? Probably not.  Will they ever understand that bright sunshine will make me sneeze uncontrollably? Never!

As for your valid points on the MIC and how it controls everything, what else can be said?

They must have something on Trump for him to have changed his tune on so many things.

Gerrilea,

We are going to have to agree to disagree.  There is significant overlap in racial behavior and genes, which can be demonstrated in a Venn diagram.

But, I'm afraid the multi-culti experiment is a failure.  The most high trust societies are single ethnic.

The overlap between north east asians and north west caucausians is the greatest, as both groups are the most "ice age."

Also there has been divergence in the subsequent 10000 years, where even original ice age Siberians, now South American Indians, no longer have high trust cultures.

No dealing with this divergence is cruel.  For example, a young black boy would be much better off in an all black boys skool, with an authoritarian male teacher.  Also, if that skoool had teaching by movement and plenty of activity, he would be very happy indeed.

The liberal method is promoted by Cultural Communists of the Frankfurt Skool.  Their objective is to brainwash people into identity politics, and ALSO, push feminism, which then makes women think they are men (they are not).

There are the rare women like yourself, but exceptions don't make the rule.  Of course, we treat each individual as unique, but social science is big picture statistics.  The big picture is entirely predictable.

We don't need to know exactly what every code on the DNA chain does, but already we have an idea of what certain clusters do.  In fact, the more we know about DNA the more bankrupt are the ideas of left and their "we are all the same" mantra.  This knowledge is only increasing, and is doing so at an accelerating rate.

As I mentioned earlier, the Chinese are intent on genetically engineering themselves.  They even are collecting DNA from genius people around the world in order to identify the clusters.

Where are our leftists on this?  Are they going to shout out Nazi's and try to shut down the Chinese.  Are they going to guilt trip the Chinese?  Crickets from the dupes.

Mefo, many years ago a very close friend, who was a very large black guy used to call me 'Casper' and I called him the big N (full version). Everyone laughed about it. I lived in a very black part of the city and had friends from many racial groups. The whole race thing was taken as a joke among friends. At my last job the employees were Indian, Chinese, German, Philippino, Jamaican, Italian, Canadian and British.
People have been encouraged to be offended, for the usual divide and conquer purposes. The world is rapidly losing its senses of proportion and humour.

I know the leftist "tards" here at WB would be surprised, but as a young man I was the token whitey in an all black neighborhood.

The young kids would come around every day and I would give them rides on my motorcycle (the parents had to agree).  They would feed my fish with bugs they caught.  No Roaches!

They set me up with girls in the neighborhood and watched my house.

This was a mostly middle class neighborhood, where a lot of the parents were doing middle class jobs, like truck driving.

Now the "hood" is all Mexican and Hispanic.

Do you think the black folks are happy about that, being pushed out?

It is NOT mutually exclusive to note racial differences and still have respect for the as a human, and in many cases special abilities and gifts.

People keep claiming I'm an anti-semite or a hater.

No, I'm just AWARE and to be AWARE means that you are not going to take shit, and especially are not going to have your pocket picked by liars and thieves.

People can tell.  If they were calling you Casper, that meant they actually respected you and your honesty.

Most of these leftists never lived or worked with "others" and they don't know shit.  They believe what they have been told, and then virtue signal like little girls trying to get attention.

Mefo-- Sadly, we will agree to disagree.  You positions and theory may eventually be proven to be correct.  We do seem to agree on how people are conditioned and controlled.

I'd posit that if genetics were the overriding influence then all the "conditioning" wouldn't do anything.

Dave Dubya Added Aug 16, 2018 - 9:35pm
Most of these leftists never lived or worked with "others" and they don't know shit. More arrogant bullshit from an authoritarian liar and racist.  Urban liberals have far more interactions with minorities than rural white bumpkins.

Gerrilea,
Bush and Obama transformed our foreign policy from "war as the last option" to "war is the only option".  NO thanks. Which country did Obama invade again? This is known as false equivalence, sweetie.

It's clearly okay with you if we kill brown children in the Middle East so long as you can claim everyone else is a racist Nazi! There you go again with your hysterical false assumptions.  No, sweetie, I didn't say so at all. Please take your medication of stop taking it, whatever is making you see things that are not there.

What you fail to comprehend is the very words I used:

Obama "made all those tax breaks permanent". (YOUR words, sweetie.) Not for the rich. But Trump gave even greater cuts for the rich and made them permanent for corporations. And you're more angry with Obama?

No factual errors were cited yet I was "wrong".

And you're wrong, target="_blank">Obama's budget deal made 82% of Bush's tax cuts PERMANENT!

This is called "projection" little one. First you said "made all those tax breaks permanent", then you showed it was not "all those tax breaks".

So you are the one who was wrong. If someone is say, 82% there, they are by definition "not all there". Is this too difficult for you?

I don't have time for this nonsense and lack of comprehension. I may as well be talking to a racist with no conscience, like our buddy with a "black friend".

Your inability to process my words make communication impossible. I tried agreeing with you when you were making valid points, but you failed to comprehend my statements.

So long, sweetie. It was entertaining for a while, but then got boring dealing with your lack of comprehension.
Gerrilea Added Aug 16, 2018 - 10:25pm
Dave D-- If you were agreeing with me at any point, it wouldn't be couched in personal attacks, innuendo and your continuous claims of "projection" and me needing "meds" because I can't comprehend your false position to emotionally manipulate a public debate.

You're so full of shit.  You want me to be angry and hate Trump,  well I voiced the problems so far, more tax breaks, more MIC spending...appointing Sessions to the AG.

Yes I'm angry with Obama, it's his and Hillary's fault we're in this position in the first place.  Had Obama done the job he promised when he was Senator Obama, we wouldn't have Trump now.

Obama attacked 7 nations.  He invaded Libya, attacked Yemen and Pakistan, etc, etc, etc.

Map of Countries Obama attacked

Yet Democrat Mr Obama leaves the White House having target="_blank" rel="nofollow">authorised ten times more drone strikes than George W Bush and having been at war for longer than any President in US history.

I've now presented you with legitimate evidence of the nations Obama attacked...how this is in your words, "a false equivalence" ?

Obama was a tool and stooge of Wall Street.  Bill Clinton's "new democrats" were a tool and stooge of Wall Street.  Obama simply carried on Clinton's policies.  Clinton's policies, then Obama have destroyed the Democratic Party.  Does anybody really think the democraps are the part of labor now?

No bankster was Jailed under Obama, and all the debts were left in place, to then pay oligarchy.

How can anybody defend Obama?  It requires some sort of mental gymnastics to not see things.

He was a total tool of his handlers, especially the (((chicago gangsters))).

The verdict is still out on Trump.

Gerrilea,

Some people you cannot reach with rational arguments, because they are irrational.  Their brain function doesn't work like yours.  They are wired differently.  Not every human is the same - there are big differences between us, some you cannot see.  Some 3% of the population are likely psychopaths - these types of people are barely human.

Do you get mad at Cats for meowing?  Hitler's concentration camps were initially for reforming communists. People actually graduated from the camps.  I know - the western propaganda is so intense that saying these sort of things is not accepted by the brain washed masses.

Compare that to Leninist/Bolsheviks who shot their useful idiots.
