Population density stress is killing us

Wake the hell up America! Big Pharma controls every aspect of allopathic (MDs) medical training and practice today and has for many years. For instance, the root cause of cancer is our over-active stress response, which suppresses our immune responses and allows mutated cells, which would otherwise have been eliminated, to grow and gain a foothold, thus becoming the tumors we call "cancer". What evidence do i have, other than having worked as a physician for 40 years and a cancer researcher for the summer before starting med school?

How about the fact well established by numerous medical anthropologists that contemporary traditional living sparsely populated clans/bands of hunter-gatherers around the world have NONE of our "diseases of civilization, including cancer. Read "Return to Nisa" by Marjorie Shostak, and learn that Nisa's SW African Kung San people don't even have a word for "cancer", let alone a single known case. There are many more examples pulled from rare and OOP medical books given in my "Stress R Us", available now at Amazon Books. Cancer research is the biggest medical fraud in history, but the MSM will never tell you that because of all the Big Pharma money pouring into their coffers.

Population density stress is killing us Western "modern" urban peoples now through ALL of the "diseases of civilization": heart disease, cancer, lung diseases, obesity/diabetes, accidents (ODs), kidney disease, mental illnesses, addiction, infertility, etc. You will never hear this anywhere else. Ignore this warning at your own peril and that of your increasing sick children and grandchildren. Stress R Us

About a year ago we bought a house on a remote beach several kilometers from the nearest burg. My stress level is through the roof as a result.

Without any proof it is just a conspiracy theory

Whether stress is the main cause of cancer or not, I cannot say with authority - but no one will argue that stress is a good thing.  Most people would benefit from more Buddhist philosophy and less TV that pushes an unrealistic expectation of materialism 99% of viewers will fail to achieve.  Mankind is sadly lacking the ambition for spiritual growth; while the pursuit of money and "stuff" dominates and will NEVER satisfy.

Do some research on how steroids and growth hormones used to raise cattle and chicken (and now some farm-raised fish) contribute to cancer. The medical community is well aware of this fact, but it is stifled in the name of corporate profits.

Western societies are addicted to coffee and tea -- caffeine.
I am sure over-crowding does contribute to some stress.  However, these legal drugs which our local coffee shops dispense could be causing more adrenal hyperactivity than external factors.
I eliminated coffee from my diet and reduced my stress about 10x.

People abuse substances and eat too much without adequate exercise, leading to multiple illnesses.

Most people do not survive beyond the age of 5 in a non modern society. We do not have to have cancer, etc in our society. Look up the Cancer Act.

Excercise and diet are key to all aspects of health I think.

I do believe that at least one ancient Egyptian mummy was detected to have cancer no?

That being said, not all of us live in sprawling urban environments ... nor do we get stressed as we drink our coffee cooked over an open fire.
